It all went perfectly fine. They talked me through everything on the DS3 and it's been OK so far. Unfortunately my logbook didn't arrive but I've sorted it now hence not full marks but a solid 4.

After I took delivery of my Ford Mondeo I had a small problem but they were happy to fix it in good time. Obviously things can go wrong with used cars but when a company is willing and able to put it right quickly it goes a long way. Gary was great and I'd be willing to use them again.

Everything's been sound so far and the fella in the showroom was cool. I'm not great at paperwork but he took me to the Post Office to sort out the tax and helped me every step of the way.
