Good first impression of Niel when I made initial enquiries. I felt confident that customer service would be as important as achieving a sale.
I was not disappointed on arrival at MP motor company, Extremely courteous welcome and everything immaculate.
All the information I required and bought a lovely clean little car.
I would definitely recommend!

Pre Sales customer service - Excellent.
Post Sales customer service - poor due to not settling my existing finance on part ex car. Took 6 weeks to resolve and caused me problems with my existing finance company and now impacted my credit rating. Not happy.

Only saw car online. I live in Edinburgh. Car was as they said apart from air conditioning doesn’t work. Will contact them to see what they say about that. But apart from that I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great professionalism and excellent communication skills. Salesman was very helpful in helping me make the most of the experience at the dealership. My concerns with the car was solved in a timely manner and again I felt I was really being taken care of. I felt at ease, the dealership was so approachable.
