Got the T-Roc for my partner and it’s been absolutely brilliant. She loves it! The only issue we had was with the tyres – two of them were below the legal tread limit when we got the car. We went back to the dealership and they told us they use standard tyres, but to their credit, they were great about it. No pushback at all – they agreed to cover the cost, she got new tyres fitted, and they reimbursed her straight away. Really pleased with the car and the service.

Connor was very very good to deal with throughout, he was lovely and not once did he pressure me to go ahead with anything I didn't want to. I've had the Range Rover Sport since June and so far it's been good, it hasn't caused me any trouble at all.

Really happy with my Crossland from Motortrust and at the moment I've not had any issues with it, touch wood. I'm just waiting for the letter "L" to arrive for the back of the car because it was missing but we agreed that if it's sent out, I'll get someone locally to put it on, but it's probably just been an oversight, and I need to chase up on it. I also had no issues when picking the car up and the handover was fine.

I was happy with the way things went, Nathan was very helpful and dealt with the questions I had quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I will not have any issues but I would like to think they would be dealt with promptly. Love the car by the way. 4.5 that's only because my car was not ready when told it would be.

I bought the car for my husband and he is very happy with it and all the gadgets inside, he’s a real gadget man, haha! We are a bit older now, so buying a car can feel a bit daunting. It was really convenient that the dealership was local to us. I called up, spoke to Aiden (who is lovely), went over a few different models and specs, and the car was delivered straight to us. They even took my Husbands old car for the part exchange which was very handy and all went smoothly. Aiden was very accommodating, making sure anything we needed was sorted. There was an issue with the vehicle where a few glitches were coming up. When I spoke to Aiden about this, he found that the issue might be due to the battery. He asked me to send over the receipt for a new one and said he would reimburse us, which he did in a very timely manner. I cannot fault the service from him. We are very pleased.

I really love my new car! I am so pleased with it! I use it all the time and it is great, with no issues at all. I dealt with Connor at the dealership. He was helpful, professional and just a really nice guy! He made the whole process super easy and straightforward from start to finish. There was never any pushiness or pressure during the sale. It was a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend them!

I'm loving my new BMW 3 Series from MotorTrust Uk. It's still running anyway so that's a good start. Lewis was brilliant to deal with and he made sure everything went through great.
