The car is nice and smooth. It was a pretty good experience, I would probably go back there.

I used to be local to them, I grew up near there so I decided to pay them a visit. It was a good experience.

I came across the dealership just by passing by. I went in to have a look at the selection they had and found a vehicle I liked. Although it was a busy place, all the staff were really efficient and kept good communication with me. Everything seems to be going fine with my car and I am very much enjoying it. No complaints at all. Top marks from me.

I knew what I wanted and went in to purchase. The guys were all really pleasant. I didn’t get any impression that they would be pushy or put any pressure on me. They made sure the car was fully prepared for me by doing a mini service and valeting it, which was appreciated. It was a quick process with no messing about or waiting around. I’m very pleased with the vehicle. I’ve had a good run around in it and everything is working as it should.

I was looking for a specific car and came across the dealership online. They had exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price. It did take a little bit of time for them to get back to me initially, but once they did, the communication stayed consistent. I went to the dealership to view the car, and I was really pleased with it and its condition. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely use them again.

5 Really nice helpful staff from start to finish, would highly recommend

We bought from Mount Vernon Motors for the first time in January this year. The customer service is first class. Each member of staff goes out of his/her way to make customers feel welcome and valued. Because it’s family run they go out of their way to make sure little things are taken care of e.g. they picked us up from the train station when we came to collect the car. We had a couple of wee problems with the car both of which were dealt with immediately and efficiently and under warranty. We can’t recommend them too highly

I recently purchased a DS DS3 from Mount Vernon, it was for my son, it is his first car. We have been out in as he is learning to drive and it is a lovely car, it is a smooth drive and fuel efficient. It was the first time I had been to Mount vernon, all the staff were helpful and got us sorted out quickly. I can't fault them at all so a full 5 stars from me. I would recommend.
