5. Quick and easy decision. Staff were a credit

I purchased a Citroën C4 back in July and had an issue, but I was very impressed with how quickly it was resolved. On the day of purchase, the customer service was also really good. Even though I had that issue, I would give it full marks.

Everything has been fine with no problems. I came across Mount Vernon Motors while browsing the internet for a new car, and I am really happy with my purchase. I met a few different people at the dealership, and they were all very helpful and accommodating.

I have driven the car every day since the purchase and it has been great. It was my first time visiting Mount Vernon Motors, and I would most definitely recommend it to other people.

I’m really happy with the car and the service from Mount Vernon Motors. I just wish I had more time to get out and enjoy it! I’ve marked down a point as the V5 was registered to the wrong address which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it’s been a very good experience.

I wouldn't change anything about my visit to Mount Vernon Motors Ltd. The car was ready to go when I turned up and the service was really good, I had no problems at all. I purchased the Seat Ibiza and so far I've had no bother with it.
