Look, i don't trust any one ,but on this occasion its not about trust. I bought car from mike back in 2019 December . Insignia and despite isignias reviews being a bag of spanners i love it . But over last few weeks i have noticed the gears 1 and reverse getting stuck and a rumble on front end on motorway at about 75 80 speed . So i got in touch with mike who arranged for me to take car into him on warranty to check . Result being that this mechanic gave a good diagnostic . The 2 problems are there fact .i been driving for over 25vears and know what is not right . But Mike as a good will gesture extended my warranty for an extra 3 month . I say cheers mike ,he didn't have to do that .i still don't. trust no one . But thank you .Paranoia tells me i have no idea that that car went to mechanic .the fact mike extended my warranty well take from that what you will . I would not hesitate recommending mp cars north west to anyone they were first class mije and son there servuce and car selection are exemplaeily

traveled from Anglesey to view a 15 plate car it was excellent the staff were very helpful so we brought the car there and then and they took our old car in part exchange so car brought we were traveling home in our new car 30 mins later couldn't have asked for a better service thank you john

Matt from MP cars Northwest was amazing yesterday he went above and beyond to help us, we were booking a taxi to go and view a car, he phoned to say he was passing near our house so he picked us up and took us to see the car, I can’t thank Matt enough for everything he did yesterday, and offered us a drink. I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting his father but I spoke with him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful. They make appointment’s for you to view the car’s which ensure’s you get the personal experience, and you don’t end up waiting around for a test drive.
