Recently purchased a Ford Fiesta which I am over the moon with. Customer service was great as I had a minor problem with the car after purchasing to which this problem was resolved quickly. Highly recommend

I have recently PX my Corsa which I previously bought from this company for my new Mini Cooper. Received a very fair price for my PX, helping me to afford my new car. I experienced great customer service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and with out a doubt I will be back here when the time comes to get a new car! Cannot thank you both enough!

Unfortunately I cant amend my initial review. So this is a furtherr review about MP Cars North West. Utterly disappointed in this company. 1 month over warranty and the car has just cost me £500 quid to repair. The car was sold to me with brake pads on 7%! Well below the legal limit. On top of that, both drive shafts had corroded heavily and needed changing. I found this out as the car nearly killed me on the motorway, lost power and trying to brake on barely any pads to move to a safe area. Contacted the seller before I got it fixed asking if he could do anything to help me out, to which he replied 'You had 3 months warranty'. After back and forth messages the seller has refused to help out with any costs stating it as "wear and tear" which yes, may be the case - however had the car been checked out before selling it it would have been noted that the drive shafts were corroded and the brake pads were almost non existent. I had a report supplied upon asking several times which checked emissions and dash lights and the bare minimum, nothing to do with car health or performance. As I tried to explain to the seller these issues were present when the car was sold - driveshafts dont corrode to the point of not working in just over 3 months. I'm sure he will have a clever reply to this given his attitude towards the whole thing - I would very much advise anyone against using these con men. Disgusted at the customer service, given that the car cost 6 grand I'd have expected more from them. Just know that once your new car is off his road you wont be having any assistance. The only thing he did fix was the broken rear wiper motor which was broken before I even bought the car and he didnt think to mention it until I pointed it out! Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere - I'm lucky the car didnt kill me on the motorway.

Upgraded my car at MP Cars and part exchanged my old one. The car I bought was the nicest and most reasonably priced out of the 5 I looked at from other dealers and they also gave me a very good price for my car. After 2 months I had a slight problem with my car but it was dealt with and claimed on the warranty at a time convenient with me and at no cost. Could not recommend MP Cars North West more!
