Terrible service from My Automotive. I purchased a vehicle from them in May and I have had no may issues with it. The dealer lied about the cars history stating that the car had only had one owner when in fact I was the 5th owner! And said that the car had just had a service from Its main dealer yet he had no evidence of this. The car has had issues with the brakes, engine, clutch and flywheel and the GPS tracker was not working. Overall my experience was terrible with this dealer and I would advise anyone to steer clear.

Had the car many issues , you would have called in... all cars are checked/inspected before sale commences. Hpi report is always present, also V5C to identify ownership no. Test drive is always carried out before purchase. Please contact us and identify yourself via e-mail on allertonsauto@gmail.com so we can look in to this.
Pretty good service at my automotive! There was an issue with the delivery at first but the dealer and his partner delivered in in the end. The car has some imperfections but I think I did okay because I paid £4000 for a car that should have been about £6500. I would have already recommended this dealer and I would use them again. Very happy.
