We decided to get a new car as we have just started going abroad for prolonged periods of time and we drive so we wanted a vehicle that was big enough to accommodate everything we want to take with us and we wanted something that was comfortable enough to go on long journeys in. We had a slight issue with the battery, it was basically on its way out and needed replacing. However, My Next car got it replaced and I have no issues with My Next Car at all! They’ve been entirely helpful, they did everything that I have asked them to do. I cant fault the customer service at all, they’re very helpful, they answer emails quickly and they told me exactly what I needed to do for them to be able to help me.

The customer service at My Next Car was fine and they were pleasant enough to deal with. It was a fast-moving transaction, there wasn’t any sort of hiccups or anything. It was alright. The process from buying the car online to collection was absolutely fine and easy.

Brought a Volvo XC90 from My Next Car. I decided to buy from My Next car because it was just good customer service and it was really easy. Everyone was on hand to help and they responded really quickly.

I was looking for the Land Rover Discovery and I saw this one on Autotrader which was from My Next Car, I have had no problems with the car, the car was as it was described, he said he was going to do what he did, it was paid for and picked up within a couple of days. The customer service there was good, the communication was good, they answered the phone, they called me back. The car was ready when they said it was going to be ready. There was no problems at all, I couldn’t fault it at all.

I recently purchased a 2018 Range Rover LWB Autobiography from My Next Car and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They arranged for a specialist to sort the speedometer, a second key, and the CarPlay activation, all at no cost to me and without any argument. My Next Car are rated number one in Sandy and number 47 in the UK and having dealt with them personally I can see exactly why. Five stars without hesitation. I knew what I wanted, found the car on Autotrader and went from there. No issues at all. They were a friendly bunch and had no issues talking to them, really responsive when I spoke to them.

My new truck is great, love it, it's absolutely perfect. The team at the dealership were great. I had concerns around some things on the vehicle but they sorted it. The vehicle has been through two mots’ and it has a small oil leak. I questioned why this wasn’t done previously and Jamie got it sent to a garage and assured me there was no leak. Communication was strong, i've got no complaints. I was lead by vehicle of choice so went to My Next Car. They have some great vehicles on display and ultimately I had a good experience and wouldn't be afraid to walk back there again.

All good. I chose the Mercedes GLB as they are nice and stable, its a nice drive. I would recommend My Next Car, I found it a smooth experience. There were problems with communication at the beginning but once we got going it was ok. They were quite available throughout the journey. I don’t remember the sales person name but they were decent, clear and provided all options for me.

Saw the on Autotrader, it was close to the car I was after. I felt hat the car wasn’t in the condition as advertised and I’ve got other issues which are being looked at through a warranty claim. However, the dealership was reasonable, good salesman doing their job. I would recommend My Next Car.
