I will give them 5. They were unable to deliver on the arranged day owing to an inspection picking up some issues. They took the car to the MB Main Dealer to have the work done - a considerable amount of money paid by them. They were really concerned that I would not have any issues. I was impressed that they wanted to ensure I was happy, which I certainly am - love the car, love the dealer!

From start to finish, these guys looked after me, from looking at the car, point of sale and after service. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and the wicked sense of humours come for free! Good quality motors and reasonable prices. Highly recommend, would buy again from them.

I don't live far from them and I've looked a couple of times for a specific car and one came in, so I acted on it. The staff were fine, they couldn't do enough for me which I appreciated.

I've only done a couple of hundred miles in the car so far but it's nice I'm enjoying it. They gave me the keys, let me go on the test drive on my own, and answered any questions I had.

I've got a few issues with the car and my dad is coming to look at it - there's a knocking noise and I spoke to My Next Car the other day and explained what was happening and I have the option to take it back there if I need to. It was a really quick transaction - it was done in about 30 minutes. I didn't know I had a warranty and had no idea what it actually covered which wasn't great. They were all friendly enough and made me feel welcome though.

We had some issues getting the finance going through and some issues with communication but apart from that they were brilliant, I had a good experience. I'll give them 4 stars.

The car is lovely and their service was second to none. The staff were absolutely fantastic - there was a bit of a hold up because my card wouldn't go through but they were very calm and patient with me. I'm giving them 5 stars, it was a fantastic experience.

I popped into the dealership on the off chance they had a car that I was interested in, and after having a look around, I came across the Mini Convertible. The salesman didn't put any pressure on the sale, it went really well. After a test drive, I was happy to take it and the Mini has been going fine since. I did have to re-seal my window but it was only a small issue that I was able to sort out. It has to be 5 stars, I've got no complaints.

We're very happy with our BMW 2 Series from My Next Car, were getting on great with it. I thought the dealership was very good and helpful. 5 stars.
