Bought a car from them, missing parts, leaking windscreen, wouldn't start from day of collection. Just to make matters worse, when I received the logbook the car was cat c written off. No mention of that when buying. When noticed cat c on logbook I took it to my local garage and was advised to scrap it due to being unsafe and 'bodged' up to sell. Bent windscreen a pillar and roof that had been badly filled. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Very helpful dealership. The cars are as described in adverts and we were given good advice on what to buy for our money. We felt relaxed and confident in our purchase and the customer service we received was very good. Upon collection the car was cleaned and had been serviced. We would thoroughly recommend My Next Car to anyone who wants to buy a used car with confidence.

Excellent service from start to finish highly recommended

I was asked to view a car for a friend. Having been in the motor trade for over 30years and a qualified mot tester i guess i know a little. I advised the day before attending that i was going to veiw. When i arrived the car was not on site and i was asked to wait 15mins. While waiting i viewed a few cars on site and was not inspired with confidence. The car i was going to view had been price dropped from £2250 to £1750. After a short while i followed one of there guys a short distance up the road to a 'storage yard'.(farm). The car i went to view had obviously been sat there some time and was in a very poor condition. Id probably value between £300 and £500. These guys in my opinion are well well over priced and all the stock i saw in person although very briefly was in poor condition.

Stole my £1100 deposit, after I sold my car and failed finance they said they will find me a company who will, few weeks later heard nothing waited and waited as they were a new company and I really wanted the car (even after I noticed it was £2000 over priced). On several phone calls asking for my deposit I kept on being told that the manager isn't in and to back. One guy said I would have my deposit back, then on another phone call I was told I'm not entitled to the deposit as I was supposed to get finance myself, even though I tried my current finance company and they told me as I am the customer I cannot get my own finance they laughed and said it was for the dealership to do, which they knew about! 7 months on and it's come to the stage where I'm having to take them to court! The stress and depression this has caused I won't let this go. I have no car and I'm £1100 worse off!!

Very helpful sales team found me a car that fitted my needs and my budget. also put a 12 months MOT as at the time it only had about 6 months left. would highly recommend A*

Horrific customer service, constant lies, tried to buy a used BMW from them, car was in a horrific state and would not even start when I went for a test drive. They then said they'd get it fixed but expected me to pay the full price which was Steep to begin with. 2 weeks later and my car still wasn't ready after being told it would be ready in 2 days, absolutely horrendous. DO NOT USE

Very helpful sales lad was very polite, got us a coffee and took us for a test drive. However, car was not as described needed fair amount of work doing including missing body parts, warning lights and had water leak in cabin causing the carpets to have been removed. Despite this I made an offer, they counter offered by phone the same day, I accepted the offer next day, then after again checking with their "manager" increased the price again. Although they have some lovely cars I wouldn't deal with this trader as they are unprofessional.
