i just purchased a merc slk from this company ,had excellent service ,there was no pressure to buy ,i was told the car would be fully serviced ,12 months mot,etc it was delivered on time with full new service history and mot ,very pleased with the service i received from them

I just had phone call from My Next Car to say yet again the car is still not ready for collection (paid deposit over 3weeks ago) starting to wish we chose car at other dealers.

I sold my Hilux to My Next Car, the price offered was fair and the collection and payment went like a dream. The young man who collected my vehicle (Shazzy) was extremely polite and courteous a real credit to My Next Car

What an amazing showroom my next car is! I would just like to say that my next car has an incredibly good customer service. The team is very kind and helpful. I was driving back home from looking at a vehicle that I was interested in from another car dealership, but the car was just not for me as it was not affordable and was not a clean car. However, when I was travelling back home I was on the a1 and saw the my next car showroom and thought I'd go and look at their cars. Ashley, who was part of the my next car team helped me buy my new car. He offered me a drink when I came into the office which was very nice of him. I told him my budget and what type of car I wanted. He showed me the cars that were in stock and he found a BMW 335i. I was quite interested about this car. So then he showed me the car. It was immaculate from inside and outside. I got the car for a very good price and I also got a warranty if anything went wrong with the car, which has not had any issues for the past 3 months and a half. I would recommend people to purchase a vehicle from my next car as they are very professional and will sort you out with a great deal.

I got a car for £4000 with 1 month MOT not 1 year. They make customers give them a site rating before leaving. Did not say car has been in a crash I left my hands free in old car that said they would post it they did not. Will say anything to get you cash, there was no wheel locking nuts and only 1 key. You can't trust them, avoid.

Please be wary if you are looking at a 2002 SLK32 advertised for sale 30/01/2017. It has issues.

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from these guys in July, over a month later I discovered that the chassis was knackered and needed a complete replacement. After a few emails we agreed that I would take it to their recommended garage- the extremely good blokes at Rogers of Bedford for inspection, they agreed that the chassis was beyond repair and fed that back to My Next Car who then agreed to give me a full refund as it was beyond economic repair. They took the car back and refunded my purchase price. I have to say that I do not think they were in any way aware of the condition of the vehicle and were as surprised as I was that such a low milage disco could be so rotten under the wax oil. Its a shame as it was a very good car in every other way. I bear this dealer no malice and can't fault the original purchase process or the refund.

I found my next car on Auto Trader and went in to see the Mercedes I liked back in may. this year. They were brilliant, the car was ready on time and they valeted it full which was nice, it was my first time buying from a car dealership and they were very helpful in that sense. I would happily recommend my next car many thanks :)

Used to be called sh car sales should of been spares stay well away spent 10.000 on a car cost me a further 3.500 in 6 months of having the car!
