I drive past National Car Hub in Walsall every day on my way home from work so when a Vauxhall Mokka caught my eye, I decided to pop in. The service I received was exceptional. I don’t know much about cars but the team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and it was reassuring to know exactly what I was buying.

Bought our daughter's 1st car from these guys and we've had no issues after the warranty hiccup. All the staff we dealt with were great to be fair.

What stood out to me most about National Car Hub was the good variety of vehicles they had in stock. I was after a Qashqai and they had plenty to choose from, but the one I ended up buying really stood out. It's been a great workhorse ever since and I've no complaints. Everything about my time at the dealership was stress free and I actually had a really nice chilled day.

To be honest I’ve been away on holiday since buying the Kuga, but it’s been great the few times I’ve used it so far. National Car Hub were recommended to me by my finance broker and I’d say they lived up to expectations. The staff were helpful, arranged me a test drive and made sure I was happy with everything before proceeding. The only downside was an unexpected admin fee—but to be fair they waived it straight away once I explained it hadn’t been mentioned in the pre-agreement. Solid 4 out of 5 from me.

Everything’s good with our Kia and we had no issues during the purchase. The MOT is due soon, so I’ll be getting in touch to see if the dealership can assist with servicing as well.

We’re really enjoying our new Land Rover—in fact, we’ve just come back from a lovely Father’s Day trip to the Brecon Beacons. We're based in Merthyr (so not exactly local), but the car was exactly what we were looking for and it was well worth the journey. Can’t fault the team at National Car Hub—they went above and beyond for us. A part was missing initially and although the wrong item was sent first, they got it sorted in the end. Aside from that small miscommunication I’ve got no complaints at all.
