A truly amazing Experience buying from National Car Hub. I chose the car I liked the look of on Auto Trader and booked a time to come and see it, it was ready for me, freshly washed and parked in place for a test drive. I knew that the car was the one for me and got a great finance deal and part wex valuation for my car. Car was ready to drive away the same day. Sales woman got my vehicle taxed for me and within a couple of hours I was driving away. The whole process was low-pressure and friendly, they seem to have a nice selection of cars available and would buy from again.Highly recommended 👍

As a female who regularly changes cars, my experience of National Car Hub is one of the best I’ve ever had. The service from the first phone call to collection of my vehicle was excellent. The team were friendly and made me comfortable at the dealership. There’s a huge range of cars at very reasonable prices to suit all budgets My limited edition Renault Clio was the cheapest in the country and I drove down from Doncaster for it. Well worth the drive as it was exactly as described and in the photos. After sales was really helpful as well in helping me get my Private Plate changed over. Would highly recommend to everyone. Bought a car recently and had an unpleasant experience. All about the money, quick turnaround with little regard for customer service. Phoned three times for some information and no one came back to me. Two issues with car whilst driving it home too. Lack of care and attention given. Would not recommend

Went to see a few cars and saw a beautiful XF in Blue. Had a few defects on the bodywork but perfect otherwise. From the sales to workshop manager they prepped the vehicle very well including repairing some of the minor body defects and car was perfect. Thank you 😊

Brandon was great in selling the car, he assured us that everything that we have agreed will happen. Also he wrote on their system a few important things to male sure that nothing will be missed. I was called 5 days later by handover team to let me know that the car is ready for collection. I could not go that day and I have said that I’ll come next day for collection. On arrival the car was not ready, need it service camp belt to be changed something that Brandon assured us that will happen plus a plastic that was hanging from underneath the car. challenging the agent for the car they’ve said that they were busy and could not do it. I have then challenged the fact that they called me to tell me to collect the car. I came from far away to collect the car, to be told that i need to wait 3-4 hours more to see what they can do to fix the car. At the moment even though it says service done, oil is at minimum…..not sure is they have checked or really services the car…. Very bad experience. A lot of lies and they were blaming each other continuously. When i drove on long distance, we can hear x2 noises that we were not able to hear when we test it.
