Bought a car that had an issue. Took it back to be repaired and they damaged the car claiming it was already like that. Awful attitude and will happily point the blame back at you.

Hi, this vehicle was not damaged in our possession, the mark was in fact on the vehicle when it was purchased approx 4 weeks earlier (the vehicle is a used £4990.00-8 year old vehicle and they do have some minor marks /defects on them), we tried to explain this to the customer who then started shouting at us and starting using the F_ WORD to us, we have a zero tolerance to verbal and physical threats at this dealership as do most retail outlets

It was damaged by you. And I neither abused nor threatened anyone. And you can’t hide your incompetence and neglect for someone else’s property behind the fact that in the heat of the moment I swore. Your employee was hardly the cornerstone of civility.
If you’d just admitted it and apologised I’d probably have left it at that. But you went with ‘the customer is always wrong’ approach to customer service which speaks volumes about your attitude towards dealing with people.
It also turns out that the repairs you undertook while damaging my car were unsuccessful which just goes further to show your incompetence and ineptitude as a business.

Dealt with Stuart. Very polite and kept to his word dealing with a a few minor issues. So far we are very happy with purchase, all staff seemed helpful and pleasent.

Bought a car three months ago, the day I drove it home I had to drive it back with an issue, they had an attitude. They sorted the issue and now 3 months later, the same issue has occurred and because it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything about it! Absolutely ridiculous. They apparently serviced the car when I bought it but I’ve had to top up the oil three times!

very easy to deal with great service bought a van from them over the phone.i live 240mile away from the garage but Gary was always happy to answer any questions I had arrived on the Sunday to collect the van and was in and out in 20mins everything ready to go would definitely recommend this garage

3 mths to get a second key from NCV Sales, which was promised the day we picked the car up .had to ring up 35 to 40 times .once it's in your hands .they dont want to know

I was going to purchase a Mercedes GL from NCV Sales.
Financing already in place!
I looked on the internet the night before and the car was gone!
I called and asked what happened to the car, they said they sold it!
That is despite Richard knowing I was arranging finance and said he will contact me if any other interest.
Stay clear of this company, they have no morals or principles!
Don't say I haven't warned you!
