I Have had several cars off NCV when they was at bulwell plus a couple of vans always found them polite helpful and a genuine company.Been to new showrooms although some new faces polite and helpful.

Purchased a used £41,000 vehicle from Stuart (manager) at NCV sales, found out a short time after purchase that there was damage to the undertray, had a quote to get repaired of £379 but they refused to get it fixed, even though it showed there was damage on a previous service history. Terrible attitude, very stressful, pure greed typical car salesman, keep well away from them. A multi-million pound company they act like a secondhand back street car sales business, give you all promises but deliver nothing. You have been warned!

Just an update...even sent them an email saying I will get them fitted if they just supply the damaged and missing parts (cost them to them less than £100 as trade) no reply to my email! Disgraceful company.
After a phone call with George we discussed the vehicle I ended up purchasing - he was very knowledgable and friendly! I made a an appointment to visit the showroom for a test drive and he was yet again a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Needless to say we bought the vehicle and it’s perfect ! The preparation and attention to detail was second to none! Thanks to George and all the team at NCV

Bought a car that had an issue. Took it back to be repaired and they damaged the car claiming it was already like that. Awful attitude and will happily point the blame back at you.

Hi, this vehicle was not damaged in our possession, the mark was in fact on the vehicle when it was purchased approx 4 weeks earlier (the vehicle is a used £4990.00-8 year old vehicle and they do have some minor marks /defects on them), we tried to explain this to the customer who then started shouting at us and starting using the F_ WORD to us, we have a zero tolerance to verbal and physical threats at this dealership as do most retail outlets

It was damaged by you. And I neither abused nor threatened anyone. And you can’t hide your incompetence and neglect for someone else’s property behind the fact that in the heat of the moment I swore. Your employee was hardly the cornerstone of civility. If you’d just admitted it and apologised I’d probably have left it at that. But you went with ‘the customer is always wrong’ approach to customer service which speaks volumes about your attitude towards dealing with people. It also turns out that the repairs you undertook while damaging my car were unsuccessful which just goes further to show your incompetence and ineptitude as a business.
Dealt with Stuart. Very polite and kept to his word dealing with a a few minor issues. So far we are very happy with purchase, all staff seemed helpful and pleasent. Would recommend.
Bought a car three months ago, the day I drove it home I had to drive it back with an issue, they had an attitude. They sorted the issue and now 3 months later, the same issue has occurred and because it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything about it! Absolutely ridiculous. They apparently serviced the car when I bought it but I’ve had to top up the oil three times!
