Honestly the worst company I have dealt with in 15 years of being in business. I bought a van from them and within a day it started overheating, they have not fixed the problems and have not issued a refund, and have left me without my car for 4 months. I wish I listened to the bad reviews I have read on this company. Buy elsewhere plz

Purchased a used £41,000 vehicle from Stuart (manager) at NCV sales, found out a short time after purchase that there was damage to the undertray, had a quote to get repaired of £379 but they refused to get it fixed, even though it showed there was damage on a previous service history. Terrible attitude, very stressful, pure greed typical car salesman, keep well away from them. A multi-million pound company they act like a secondhand back street car sales business, give you all promises but deliver nothing. You have been warned!

After a phone call with George we discussed the vehicle I ended up purchasing - he was very knowledgable and friendly! I made a an appointment to visit the showroom for a test drive and he was yet again a pleasure to deal with start to finish. Needless to say we bought the vehicle and it’s perfect !
