Bought a car three months ago, the day I drove it home I had to drive it back with an issue, they had an attitude. They sorted the issue and now 3 months later, the same issue has occurred and because it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything about it! Absolutely ridiculous. They apparently serviced the car when I bought it but I’ve had to top up the oil three times!

3 mths to get a second key from NCV Sales, which was promised the day we picked the car up .had to ring up 35 to 40 times .once it's in your hands .they dont want to know

I was going to purchase a Mercedes GL from NCV Sales. Financing already in place! I looked on the internet the night before and the car was gone! I called and asked what happened to the car, they said they sold it! That is despite Richard knowing I was arranging finance and said he will contact me if any other interest. Stay clear of this company, they have no morals or principles! Don't say I haven't warned you!
