The salesman seemed to be in a rush and busy with other more important things. He was distracted, flippant, disinterested and almost annoyed to answer any questions so they were dismissed with one word answers. Seemed he could not wait for us to just buy the car and leave. The car had not been professionally valeted. He said it had a new MOT which apparently had passed with rotten windscreen wipers. From day one, I was already spending £30 on new wiper blades and screen wash neither of which were included. The cheap, used mats were tossed into the boot, didnt fit and were clearly not the mats for the vehicle. He seemed ambivalent whether we bought the car or not and probably just wanted to get off to the pub on a Friday evening...if it wasn't the fact we wanted the car, we'd have walked away within minutes of arriving.

We were a little sceptical buying our car as we lived a very long way away and could not inspect the car (hands on) After a asking for a video of the car, we decided to make a deal, a very fair part exchange was agreed and all the arrangments made . From start to finish we were very pleased with the service we received and there was worries at all. The car arrived and we were over the moon with it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Please do not purchase from these guys, purchased a Ford Fiesta after a few days took it to my garage as it mad strange noises, all springs in dagereous condition my mechanic asked had I seen MOT, checked paper work no MOT in it, he obtained a copy of it and it stated all springs to be changed, they knew that when I picked it up which is why they failed to issue me with copy of MOT ,when confronted with this it became evident what kind of people they are, had to get car finance company involved and then they expected me to return it to them at my cost and time about hour and half each way, then found out on route cigarette port didn't work couldnt charge my sat nav, after purchasing new cable thinking it was that, got the dirtiest car to use with extortionate insurance.,had massive trouble getting them to return the car them saying I had to collect it, again had to get finance company involved,.no hands free as stated in advert, had to argue for that, Since this incident I have had to change diesel injector things and have since had a dreadful smell of diesel in the car which cannot be traced, tried two garages, I cannot take my grandchild in the car because of this, no spare wheel in boot, then went to get new tyres, locking wheelnut, useless. I am getting rid of this at a great loss to me. SO PLEASE BE AWARE

They seemed friendly and professional to start with. Took the car out for a test drive and noticed it had no data card for the sat nav in it. Came back and raised this, only to be told they'd resolve the issue. Agreed a price and returned a week later to pick the car up. When about to drive away i checked that they'd put the data card in only to find that they hadn't. Raised it agin, which resulted in a 'search' of other cars. Was then told that they'd send me one in the post. 6 weeks later it hasn't arrived. Unfortunately untrustworthy.

In February of this year we part exchanged our car at the Gloucester sales centre for a Ford S-Max which at the time looked ideal for what we needed. As the months have progressed, and outside of the warranty, we've had nothing but trouble and dissappointment with the car. Below is a list of the work carried out on the car so far. - 12.06.2019: Electric windows and central locking stopped working - £291.19 - 10.07.2019: Coolant leak from worn hose and faulty oiler cooler connector - £84.24 - 19.07.2019: Leaking Fuel Injector, leak off pipe - £689.58 - 20.09.2019: Head Gasket replacement, timing belt replacement and water pump replacement - £1235.83 - 30.09.2019: Oil Cooler repacement - £127.20 - 09.10.2019: Brake pump replaced - £199.20 TOTAL - 2627.24 As I'm sure you'll agree, the current condition of the car as sold was not fit for purpose based on the problems which manifested after purchase. From at least one other garage who has worked on the car they have stated that previous work carried out on existing mechanical faults were simply 'bodged' and were not designed for anything more than a temporary fix. It is currently still off the road for more problems and leaves our family of 5 effectively stranded at home. On multiple occassions we have been left hugely inconvenienced through the constant breakdown of this car and had multiple days off work by being let down by a, seemingly reliable, vehicle. Our holiday had been put on hold until replacement transport could be found at a cost to ourselves of over £300 for a hire vehicle. We have been left massively out of pocket for what we assumed was a reliable and trustworthy car considering it was MOT'd and serviced just before purchase. It now brings into question how legitimate the MOT and service really were that none of these faults were even detected previous to purchase or anything was even on the advisory list (which I did ask at the time of purchase). I suggest looking for somewhere else to purchase your next car from as these guys are cowboys. After speaking to one of the guys directly the best they could offer me was 'a good deal' on the next car we purchased from them! Are they having a laugh!?

Nick King car sales got some sweet talking sales guys like Alex, but in contrast it also has a very nasty after sales guy called Geoff, who is there to find every bit of dodgy reason to thrash any issues you have with the car after purchase , basically I bought this car from them, the car break disc's, pads and calipers starts to fall off within a month leaving me with hundreds of pounds of repairs, the after sales cynical & very argumentative man told me that ( although there is a 3months warrenty in hand) you should have got authorized for a repair and they cant reimberse anything, well the case is that I live hundred an fifty miles away and its not possible to take the car to his garage to "verify" the issue and He even started saying that it doesnt sound genuine even after I kept saying I have all the receipts from the legitimate garage. since I paid thousands for the car, they gave not a pound discount on the advertised price, took my car for peanuts ( and its for sale double the price in their forecourt now), in the meantime the Clutch is way up and awaits another large bill. the after sales guy tells me their garage gave a clean MOT for the car, well they didnt check the cluctch/breakpads or discs.. funny !# trust me, this is how this cowboy motor companies work! never again, always bargain to the floor if you are buying anything from Nick king car sales ior better avoid altogether, you wont get a good deal.

First, Nick King Car Sales sold me the car when I test drive the car had two keys, when I went to pick the car up considering I paid in full the the main flip key had gone missing but I was told I was lying and that there was ever only one key. Fair enough they got me a big standard and I mean big standard key cut, must have cost them about £15. Next I had been having trouble with the car keep breaking down they would come out and help me and said I was lying and nothing was wrong with it when it had come out of the garage. When I went to pick up my stuff out of the car the other flip key magically appeared. And also I have a mechanic in the family and they knew there was a problem with the car. Yet they sold it again knowing it had this problem.

2 years ago I bought from Nick King Car Sales- Ford Galaxy, the car had a little high price but I think it is in every garage at that time I thought it was a good company. I went there a few days ago to watch the citroen c4 grand piccaso was a good car a little to expensive for me. I have decided to call and agree the details of the sale. The seller agreed to a small discount and agreed about 3 pm I will call again with all the details and will pay deposits. When I called the speditor told me that the car was already watching someone else and he paid the deposit and I can be next in the queue suggesting that this is a normal practices. While I think it is unprofessional, boorish and dishonest, this company is interested only in profit. Certainly I will never buy a car there, I felt treated dishonestly without respect. Maybe that's how long I'm a foreigner

I bought a BMW with Nick King Car Sales last year and after about 6 weeks the car developed major problems e.g. the timing chain and metal shards in the engine . I notified the garage , and although I live in Pembrokeshire, West Wales , they picked my car up , fixed the timing chain and the engine problem and returned the car to me all free of charge . Excellent service would definitely recommend.
