Anyone that purchases a bike from here BEWARE !, i bought a bike from here for my sons 16th birthday. I will be totally honest with all of you, they did declare that there was an oil leak on it, they said they didn't know where it was coming from. I had a professional bike technician to look at the bike and i was shocked to see what he had found. The place where i had bought the bike from had chemical metalled a crack in the block in order to try and stop the oil leak to sell it. I obviously rang and spoke to Harry regarding the issue but was not forthcoming in helping in anyway. I have still yet to resolve the matter as it is still ongoing - Avoid at all costs they are botching bikes together to sell on !! BE AWARE ****** NO AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND IF YOU HAVE NOTICED THERE ARE OTHER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK ON HERE REGARDING THIS !!!
I have recently bought a Peugeot 500 Satelis from Norman and Birch Ltd. I was reluctant at first because being over 200 miles away I had to do it from pictures.the description was spot on and condition great.there was a slight problem with the rear shocks but Harry Gardner quickly contacted me and ordered new parts.this has been a very good experience and thank you.
