Very good service from North West Automobiles. I purchased a Volvo back in August. The car was really nice and clean and exactly as described and the price was just what I wanted to pay. The battery did die within 24 hours of getting the car but the dealers were happy to come out and replace it straight away. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, they were brilliant.

I purchased a vehicle from here in August. The car was clean and in good condition and is good value for money but the dealers were way too over the top, going way to fair and it it became pretty annoying and came across obnoxious, Based on that I wouldn't use this dealership again. I also think some of the staff can be very nude to other staff members.

I purchased a Suzuki Swift from here back in July. The car was very nice and clean and in really good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. Its great value for money and the staff at the dealership have been very frenziedly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would use North West Automobiles again they were fantastic. I bought a Ford Mondeo Sport from them back in May. They were really helpful and knew their stuff! The car did have an issue with the front left brake but when I took it in they were happy to get it sorted! It did take all day but they were very apologetic and even bought me fish and chips and kept offering me free drinks! They are very personable, helpful and polite and i would definitely recommend them. Cant fault them at all.
