North West Automobiles were spot on, I've got nothing but good feedback for them. The dealer asked me a few questions and left me to it, there was so sales routine or any of that nonsense. Once we settled on a price the sale was done in a day and touch wood the car has been a winner.

North West Automobiles were brilliant, they were really nice and there was absolutely no pushing to buy which is what I like, in passing I'd mentioned my dog was unwell and when I returned 4 days later to pick up the car he remembered and asked how he was doing, that just shows how great the customer service was. I would certainly recommend them.

North West Auto's were great and really friendly, buying a car can be a pain but they took all the hassle out of it. I can recommend them with confidence based on my experience back in March. I have given this used car dealership in Blackburn top marks on each question.

Nothing much more to say than that the whole service was really good at North West Automobiles. I bought a Ford Mondeo Titanium which I found through their Auto Trader page and it runs great not had any issues in the 3 months of owning it.

North West Automobiles showed great service when I purchased me car from them. Firstly, the car was clean and exactly as described. Secondly, the service they provided was great, the staff were very friendly, nothing was too much, I was updated during every process, they would ring to update me and contacting them was always easy. I did not experience any issues at all with the dealership and that's why I have already recommended them to others and will carry on to do so.

I would recommend north west automobiles to anyone looking to purchase a car as every was dealt with and sorted very quickly although I had a few problems I do believe they sorted my issues quickly and easily
