Totally agree with you, warranty not worth the paper it's written on. Just about to take them to court over a faulty headlamp. My consumer rights have been completely ignored, and their advertising is completely misleading with the AA endorsement reference.

Guess what! NW Autos in Blackburn reneged on the warranty lied about it never buy a car from them they are cheats & liars IMRAN & KAMRAN ILYAS well dodgy avoid at all cost.

As per our conversation this morning your vehicle is being returned to us for some warranty work which needs carrying out.
The problem escalated due to you taking your vehicle to an incompetent garage who's attempts to repair unfortunately made the vehicle worse, we have said from the offset that we will carry out any repairs FOC if its returned to us or you can go to any AA registered garage.
However we look forward to seeing you in the morning so we can get your issues sorted and gain a Very Happy Customer again.

After contacting several dealerships across the N W and only two responding, I decided to go further afield and phone NW Auto's in Blackburn. I live in N Wales so got the train to Blackburn and was picked up at the station. I had seen the car I wanted on line and said if it was as good as it sounded I would buy it and drive it home. They serviced the car and did MOT before I arrived. The whole showroom was under cover, everything in the place was spotless. There were lots of people around and everyone was offered unlimited coffee and cold drinks and for their children.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy even after test drive. The whole process was easy, everything explained in full, and I am a woman who knows a lot about cars having worked in motorsport for 20 years and I believe I drove away in a beautiful car. 2.5 hours to home and every mile was pure comfort. Thank you Abby, Shami and Jimmy, and the lovely man who took me for test drive. Great customer service is sadly lacking these days but cannot fault this place. I didnt rate the issues section because there were none.

Terrible customer service... All the things a business shouldn't be towards their customers. We have been patient and reasonable considering the issues we have were supposed to be resolved prior to collection. Sadly the issues returned and we have had little response to emails and phone calls. We have given them several options to rectify the matter to our satisfaction but they simply don't want to engage with us. They don't want to meet their legal obligations and I have no longer any faith in their RAC and AA backed promises or their own 'guarantee'. In short, polite and lovely, until they have your cash and problems start appearing

North West Autos in Blackburn said my new car would be ready within the week, once they had got it up to standard (new cam belt kit and pump), and as promised...it was! The car was well valeted; looked immaculate! Great car, and great customer service!
