Our experience was fine on the day. We did have slight issue when told to come down to collect but then told the car was not ready so had to go back another time and even after a valet the engine bay still needed cleaning. Apart from that, it was fine. Took a week to collect as car needed a service.

Cars is grand, well chuffed. I was just looking about and spotted it so went to see what they had to offer. No pressure when I was there. Stuart who sold it was very helpful, absolutely spot on. nothing hidden. Answered all my questions and ran through the MOT history. He even came in on his day off to do the handover. Everything was right.

My Kia is in fantastic condition with low milage, it's brilliant. Well engineered, nothing fancy and drives well. I had a look around at garages near me but some were expensive so decided to go to North West Trade Centre. Lots of cars. Stuart helped us, he was very nice. Good to deal with, no pressure. I couldn’t knock him down but it was a fair price. I liked the choice of cars and price. There was a few working days wait to collect and the car was ready, had a valet, did the paperwork and drove away. I have already recommend them to family, they have a nice choice of lower priced cars.

Up to now so far so good. Exhaust blowing alittle bit and ive topped oil up but apart from that it's been great. I chose this dealer as they were local and it was quick for us to visit them. We needed a car quickly and the car was more or less ready but collected when we got back from holiday week later. Abdul was really nice, he was great, good lad. There were no problems.

North West Trade Centre had the car I wanted. Staff were good, Ben dealt with us he was fine. It was just an easy process.

I saw someone online who recommend them to me so I went to the branch in Lancaster. Car is going well but I wasn’t happy with the sales person. Was told would get full service and mot which delayed the collection. They then said it wouldn’t get an MOT as over six months left. They need to not over exaggerate and over promise. Confusion over spelling of my name for the logbook so had to send it off to get amended, they need to be more professional. However, the car is nice and going well.

Originally I saw the car at a decent price, I had a look at it, liked it and decided to go ahead with it. I don’t think log book still been changed. I got a fine for highway penalty. Told dealer and they paid it. Apart from that, everything’s fine, cars running ok. Staff were brilliant. Happy with everything.

On the day we test drove a couple and bought one we liked. Guy I dealt with was spot on, lad called Jamie. He dropped it off for me save me going for it. There was no locking wheel nut or parcel shelf so went back to the dealer but didn’t get them. They did offer to pay for the locking wheel nut and they said they would source a parcel shelf but didn’t want to go back a third time and sorted it myself. I did have a good experience with the lad who sold it but aftersales let me down alittle bit I would still go back and buy another car if needed to.

Cars alright, enjoying it so far. Not had the v5 yet so I’ll chase that. My previous car was broke and I needed a four wheel drive. They were the easier to get to that had a cheap Freelander with the higher spec that made a difference to others id been looking at. I looked at pictures online before I made an appointment to look at it. Originally I wanted a different car that I had a deposit on but they couldn’t get it back in time so I chose another so l gave three stars. They got the car prepped and ready for me, it worked out well. I felt the sale person wasn’t that mechanically minded as the car needs a service. Had a test drive, sorted the finance on it pretty quickly and drove away that day which I was quite impressed with.

Professional service from Jake when I was buying car, he wasn't pushy and gave me all the details, the Volvo I bought is ok, just on collection the oil level was a little low which is why I have rated them four stars. But I would buy from them again based on my experience.
