My daughters and I have been loving the Mini over the summer since I have bought it, its amazing. I have had a Mini before so this was a upgrade for me so easy to get used it. Even better as we were able to use the convertible over this sunny summer. Jamie who was the salesman when i bought it back in July was good, he made everything nice and easy i was in and out. I would go back to them in the future if another car came up.

Going from my 55 plate Rav 4 to this 24 plate Qashqai has been sound, its just getting used to all the electrical bits, I'm used to putting my key in and driving, that's it and now i keep leaving the keys in the car as its key-less 😂But the sales process to buy the car was sound, the salesman Abdul was very helpful and polite, made everything easy. I'm really happy so would rate it a 5 star!

I'm quite far away from Lancaster, but they had the car I wanted and since having it its been fine. The customer service that Kieran provided was fantastic, i have had a bad experience previously with another dealership but this was great, He wasn't pushy, good to talk to and overall made it a smooth transaction. I was happy with the service, the car and i was happy when I left that building. There was a issue with the car post sale which was the shock absorber's but they were really accommodating as I was so far away from the dealership itself they said just take it to your local garage and then we will refund you, which is due to land in my bank account tomorrow. For the right car I would buy from them again in the future, it's a solid 4 from me just because communication in between different departments could have been better.

When i was looking for a new car, I decided to take a look around many different dealerships in the same area and then I found the Seat Leon from NWTC Lancaster, the staff were good, it was Kieran that was helping me and he went through everything and when there was a hiccup with the finance he got everything sorted out quickly for me. The car since having it has been good with no issues, there was a initial issue with the battery but as soon as I made them aware they got this sorted out straight away.

Good mix of decent cars in the showroom and the cars came with a good warranty package. It's going in for a repair to a wheel bearing but that is all being sorted which is grand. No messing around and service from Kieran has been great. Cracking!

So far so goo with the Mokka, Jamie the salesman' service to us was all good and we would consider buying from North West Trade Center again in the future.

My new car is ok, I am missing the logbook/Manual which I hope to get soon. Kieran the salesman provided a brilliant service, but on the day of collection he wasn't in work which was fine as it was passed to someone else who was able to help me. I would buy from these guys again, but maybe the closer branch to me as it was quite a distance. The only point of feedback I would give is the communication isn't great - but as a whole I'm quite happy.

I recently purchased a Suzuki Vitara from North West Trade Centre and the process was efficient. Stuart was good to deal with and so far the car has been fine.
