Cars ok but I had a couple of issues in first week which I had to get repaired. I spoke to the dealership who said they would help reimburse me but i'm still waiting on some other bits so they lost points as they could be quicker on communication. On the day it was alright, let me have a test drive. They were friendly and helpful with getting the car sorted. Ben was good, he was sound. They were quite keen to let me look at other cars on the day.

The dealership had a good selection of cars, although there weren't as many manuals as automatics and I was specifically looking for a manual. Even so, I found the right car for me and the whole experience was very positive. I have in fact already recommended North West Trade Centre.

Purchased a Hyundai i10 for my son who is currently learning to drive. About three weeks after buying it, it needed a new battery, but Motor Trust paid for the replacement even though the battery wasn't covered by the three-year warranty. I thought that was very fair, and they sorted it out very quickly. Everything was fine at the dealership as well. I was very happy with how they dealt with the battery issue.

The whole experience was great. I travelled down from Scotland and ran into a couple of issues on my way down, but he did all he could to help. When I lost my phone, he helped me get everything sorted. I travelled down from Scotland as I was looking for the right car, and the Focus listed by the Trade Centre ticked all the boxes. A big thing was that the car was from down south, where less salt is used on the road, which means it would have less rust underneath.

The experience at the dealership buying the Mercedes A-Class was alright. I'd recommend them based on my experience. The only issue I had was with the paperwork. The car has an MOT, but I wasn't given a copy of the MOT certificate and the warranty, which I am chasing, but other than that it was okay. I'd still give it four stars.

The Vauxhall Grandland is ok, however, my old tax was not taken off the part-exchanged car and I couldn’t pick my new car up on the same day as I was collecting it quite late and the finance didn’t release the funds in time. Other than that Jake was great and the whole process was straight forward.

The Abarth 595 is a good little car. I'd been looking for one for a while and had looked all over, but this was the one I set my heart on after seeing it online. Everything at the dealership was really good and Kieran was great with everything. They also had a massive selection of cars, so if I were looking for another car in the future, they'd probably be the first place I'd go.

Service was impeccable. Adam was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The purchase process was very easy and stress-free. Would definitely recommend. The pickup of the new vehicle was also quick and efficient. They sorted my old car tax and registered the new vehicle to my name. It was a very good customer experience all round.

I've been getting on well with the Discovery Sport and everything has been fine. I can't remember the salesman's name, but everything was sound. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Motor Trust
