The Skoda Yeti has been very good, I have even put a tent box on the top and taken it away for a few days. No problems with the customer service. I felt that the car was good value for the car I have.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage from North West Trade Centre and so far it seems okay. There was a little bit of a wait to get the car due to the salesguy being off for illness but it all got sorted in the end. I had to get the train to the dealership and when I went Haider came and picked us up from the station and drove us to the dealership which was really kind of him.

What stood out to me the most at North West Trade Centre was the 3 year warranty they offered which was just what we wanted. I was specifically looking for the Renault and so far it has been fine. Customer service was all alright, no issues and it was a quick exchange.

The salesguy I dealt with was great. There is a few things that need doing to the Civic but I knew about them going into the sale. I liked that they took me through all the different vehicles to find one I liked. I am hoping this car will last me a while but if I did need a new one I would go back to North West Trade Centre.

Everytime I had something to ask there was always someone there to help. The salesguys were perfect. I would 100% go back to North West Trade Centre. I have no complaints or issues.

I chose North West Trade Centre due to how cheap the cars from them were. What stood out to me was how quick and easy it all was, nothing took long at all, within half an hour I was driving away in my Honda CR-V. Trevor was brilliant and I liked that the process didn't feel too transactiony. I'm really really happy.

I would give North West Trade Centre five out of five without a doubt. The service was top level. Austin was very nice indeed and helped me out a lot. He arranged all my finance and everything which was absolutely superb. I have already recommended them to my son.

No issues or concerns with the service. My father used to work with cars so it was interesting to see how the sales process has changed over time and I can say based on my experience with North West Trade Centre it has become more professional. My experience was dull and boring but that is just the way I wanted it to be, I didn't want it to be an exciting car buying experience, I simply wanted to purchase my car. It was all easy to do and no hassle.

I'd go back to North West Trade Centre for another car. I had the car delivered to me as I live quite far from the dealership and the communication during the delivery process was good. There was an issue with one of the tyres when I first drove the car but I think it may have been because it had some new parts. I spoke to Trevor and it all seems to have been okay since.

We dealt with Austin and he was superb. Made everything easy, communicated with the MOT and the valet to make sure we knew exactly when we needed to be there. In terms of buying the car he was really helpful with what he told us about the mileage and the wear and tear of the car.
