The customer service was good when I bought the car. There was one issue I noticed after buying the car. I hadn't checked the plug used for the tyre pressure machine when I first purchased it. When I had a tyre puncture and tried to put air into the tyre, I found that the plug wasn't working. As far as I'm aware. Apart from that issue, the MINI has been fine, and the customer service at the dealership was good. I'd still recommend Northwest Trade Center

Jake was brilliant at the dealership. My only criticism was the delay with my refund. I was initially told three to five days, then ten working days. In regard to the dealership, the Mitsubishi has been great. I had to take it to the garage, but it turned out to be something minor. I'd still recommend the dealership based on everything

We looked at the Nissan Juke online and arranged everything that way rather than going to the dealership. The car was delivered to us and was all as described, which was good. The car was bought for me to drive, and I haven't had any problems.

Everything was good on the day I went there. They drove us around and the service was very good. The service over the phone has been good as well. Apart from an issue with the wing mirror, it has all been alright.

I'm enjoying the jeep although I'm usually in the passenger seat! Mark was absolutely lovely, He was brilliant at answering my questions and was so unlike the typical used car salesman you might expect. I felt very comfortable talking to him I couldn't have been happier with how he treated me.

Wayne at the dealership, and he was grand, really nice. The customer service was good. The only thing was that we'd arranged a day to get the brake pads changed, but no one turned up. Wayne did message me on the day to explain that the mechanic hadn't managed to get organised, which was completely understandable. That said, things happen, and it's not a problem.

I'd give Northwest Trade Center five stars Buying my Jaguar was perfect, with no issues whatsoever. Wayne was great and just let me go at my own pace, advising me when I needed it. They weren't money grabbing or trying to push me into anything. I knew what I wanted, which was an automatic, and that's exactly what they showed me. They didn't try to sell me a manual like other places had. I had a budget in mind, and they helped me find something within it. It was nice, short and simple, and within 24 hours I was out with a car. The Jaguar's been great, with no major defects or issues. I've noticed a few little blemishes that I didn't spot the first time around, but nothing major. The only downside is that Jaguar want £50 to change the car's account into my name so I can download the app, which I think is a bit of a con, so I've not done that yet. Apart from that, I can't really complain. The buying experience was perfect, Wayne helped me out.

I first heard about the dealership through somebody I knew who told me about it and suggested I go and have a look. I decided to visit, and when I went there, they were great. I'd definitely consider going back to the same dealership if I were looking to buy a different car in the future.

The Mini Hatch is a great little car. Had a small problem with the alloys, which they've arranged for their repair guy to come to my house next week to repair, so I'm happy with that. My experience was a 4 out of 5. The only thing stopping it from being a five is the issues with the car. I wouldn't say the dealership could've done anything better. Cars have issues and teething problems, and to be honest, I can't fault the guys for how they've been helping me.

My experience with Northwest Trade Centre was fine when I purchased my Mercedes C-Class. I dealt with Jacob, who was really nice, and he answered all my questions. I've also been searching on their website for new cars, as I'm interested in looking at other options. I wasn't sure whether they offered trade ins, so that's something I'll probably look into. I particularly wanted to leave a good review for Jacob because he was really nice to deal with.
