I was specifically looking for the Honda HR-V and came across North West Trade Centre online. The car was in lovely condition and low mileage. The car hadn't been serviced but Austin sorted this out for me, he was very helpful. Overall the car has been brilliant.

I was after a Qashqai and just pulled into the dealership to have a look what they got and purchased a Mokka X. The salesman Nathan was ok. They didn’t pester you which was nice and it was a quick process. Their friendly atmosphere, AA checks and the warranty made me confident to buy. All’s ok now after I had an issue which was sorted under the warranty. Id definitely us them again..

Customer service was all fine, we dealt with Jay and another person who were both alright. One of the seats was a bit damaged and they fixed that for me but I do have an issue with the wing mirror being broken so am waiting on them fixing this. I have already recommended them to a friend though based on my experience.
