I absolutely love my car. It's one of the best cars I've ever had and buying it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was originally looking for another Renault Clio and just happened to come across this one. It had really good mileage and a small engine, only one litre, which was exactly what I wanted. Chris was really nice, a lovely guy. I also travelled a good 45 minutes to get to the dealership in Preston as it's completely out of my area. I made that journey specifically to go and look at the car and I'm so glad I did. I absolutely love it!

I'm enjoying the BMW X1 overall. I think the dealership could provide a little bit more support when you're actually viewing the car. They leave you a lot to your own devices, which is good in one aspect, but sometimes it's helpful to have someone show you around the car and explain things a bit more. I'd probably still recommend the dealership to others. The experience was alright, but I think there's room for improvement with the support provided when viewing a car and the initial inspection before purchase.

5 Stars , great car, excellent customer service. I do think the charges for paperwork are too expensive though but I would still rate 5 star because the customer service went above and beyond.

Found a car at a price that i could afford, spoke to Wayne via WhatsApp, went to pick up, the car was everything the ad said. Wayne was really helpful, even tried to tax the car for me. 6 messages on whats app and a pick up and a good car, will buy again.
