Very poor service at Now Vauxhall Staples Corner from day 1. Sales advisor threw a bag of lies until I discovered myself. She told me my car is on the way from the factory but on the day of collection I discovered that they are handing me the car that was in the showroom for display. I brought the issue up and the sales person admitted it and she was out of her face. When handed the keys before driving out of the dealership I just discovered a deep scratch on the left front panel and had to bring it to their attention. Drove off the car on Friday and after 2 days had to bring it back to sleep in their garage to fix the scratch. Also there was a stain in the interior roof which they couldn't clean and had to wait a few weeks for them to order a new piece and fit it.The sales person sold me Smart Repair and told me that the policy will cover and fix scratches and dents on the body including alloys. I ring up the Smart Repair company and they told me alloys are not covered. Had to cancel the policy and claim a refund. A few weeks later the clutch started to make a squeaky noise and had to go 3 times to the dealer to have it fixed. Winter just arrived and the fan started making crazy noise. Within 2 years of buying a brand new car I had to visit the dealer almost 12 times and most of the times they will try not to give you a courtesy car. My last visit to the dealer I had to wait 2 months to drop off the car claiming that they are busy which I understand, I dropped the car the night before the service is due and was told the car will go into the workshop first thing in the morning. Guess what, I call them at the end of the next working day and they tell me the car hasn't been in the workshop yet. Much more to add but based on my experience I will never buy a car or service from them in the future and do not recommend them to anybody.
I took my car to my local Vauxhall dealer after it broke down and refused to start, I have used this dealer for several years servicing my car and getting my MOTs . My car was with them for a total of approx. 6 weeks, towed in by the RAC who informed me my tank fuel pump was defective and the cause of the problem, Vauxhall informed me that a completely different fuel pump was the cause, my car has two fuel pumps, one in the tank which supplied fuel to a high pressure pump, the high pressure pump being the more expensive pump. Vauxhall changed the pump after having my car for 3 weeks, I collected my car only to drive no more than 3 miles and the same problem occurred , broke down and towed back to Vauxhall at Staples Corner by the RAC, again confirming that the fuel pump in the tank was the problem. Vauxhall had the car for another 3 weeks approx. and came to the same conclusion , after charging me £894 for a pump I did not need ,in addition to the bill I was charged for the correct pump, another £358. On collection for the second time, damage to my rear near side passenger door was found, Vauxhall refuse to rectify the damage because of an old booking in form to that is carried out to check for damage prior to work being carried out, this was done on my first visit to Vauxhall after breaking down, on my second visit after breaking down again a check sheet was not done according to Vauxhall so they are using the first sheet and evidence to damage to my car prior to work being carried out. I have argued that they cannot use an old check sheet and that the new second sheet that should have been filled out used, as ive always known deep down , Vauxhall at Staples Corner are a rip off, and staff just don't really give a damn about your vehicle so long as they get your money. A pretty poor show, something I would expect from a back street garage not a Vauxhall dealer, I think Vauxhall should remove their name from this dealer as it can only harm the name of Vauxhall. I will not be using this dealer again , I wouldn't even trust them to put air into my tyres, they would probably say I need a new tyre valve just to get some money from me .
I would seriously avoid Now Vauxhall Staples Corner. My car was booked in for a diagnostic for a suspected glow plug failure. I was first told i had to pay for two diagnostics, 1 for the engine warning light and the second for the fact the engine had stopped functioning the start stop function at lights. I asked and they confirmed the diagnostic were the same and involved connecting the computer and pressing a button. After some 'discussion' they agreed to charge me once for this 2 minute job. When the diagnostic was complete i was provided a quote for a new glow plug and as my battery was not as full as it should be, a new battery. For a single glow plug they wanted £350 and for the battery £350. This involved 3 hours of labour! Combined the two job could be done within 30 mins at home with a 9mm reach and a flat head screwdriver. I also got a quote from a local garage who also confirmed that 1 hour was more than enough time for both jobs! Avoid at all costs - total crooks who are just interested in over charging. Additionally they wanted the car for over 24 hours for just diagnostics.
very unprofessional staff , waiting to long to be seen, staff there at the services treat you as if you dont know anthing about cars? they take really long time to answer the phone and when you do get through to them , it seems like they dont have the energy to talk to you. or they are forced to talk to you.you can hear from their voice.
I was looking to get a new car which I have got a car there before so me and my dad visited the staples corner branch on Tuesday 10 April and so we was welcome by two team members which was Paul and Ilesh which they was great help to me and we talked about the needs I wanted, I did see a car online day before and lucky it was still there for me to have a look plus a test drive which Ilesh was doing all the paperwork and when we came back we had hot drinks waiting for us which was nice so great services. I went back on Thursday to sign all paperwork which ready and quick and was told the car will be ready on Friday for me to pick which I had a phone call for Ilesh and happy to collect the car. Once again great work for the team thank you David Rupnarin
Recently had my Car written off so popped into Vauxhall Staples Corner to purchase a Corsa, Rebecca Stanley kept us informed as to how long our sales advisor would be, we were served by Ilesh who’s professionalism and courteous manner got me to part with my money and drive away a new car, thank you guys for all your help

My van had its annual service at Nox Vauxhall Staples Corner today and I dealt with Jason Allene who was very helpful kept me well inform on what work had to be carried out on the van he was very helpful just hope he has set an example to other service people.
