The low mileage was another compelling factor, especially when comparing it to other options. The moment I sat behind the wheel, I appreciated the comfortable seating and the well-designed cabin. Fuel efficiency has been impressive so far, which is a relief considering the ever-fluctuating fuel prices. It has taken me a little time to get used to all the gadgets but I'm sure I will get there sooner or later. Jacque was so patient, and he went through things that I did not understand properly with me again. On the handover, the car was in immaculate condition, and it was valeted to a high standard. I even had a phone call from someone called Chris about a month after I bought my Range Rover to make sure that everything was okay. I only rate these 4 out of 5, because is anyone perfect? Thinking about everything, they did come close though.

From the initial inquiry through to the handover of my car, I could not have asked for anything else from Charlotte, she was amazing. I have worked in customer service for many years, myself and she is the perfect example of someone you would want to look after you while buying your car. She was friendly and really went above and beyond to help me with anything that I needed. She always kept me in the loop with things and never came across pushy at any point during the transition. If I could score Charlotte higher than a five I would, she was utterly brilliant.

Jacque was great, it was a straightforward process and the turnaround was faster than I could ever have imagined. The VW Golf I bought from this company drives well. I'm really pleased with it and I have no complaints whatsoever.
