The engine management light decided to play peekaboo with me when I first got the car. But fear not! I took it back to the dealership, and their mechanic worked wonders. It turned out the light was just sulking due to a lack of use. A quick sensor change and some filter cleaning later, and voilà—the Kuga was back in action! Ever since that hiccup, my Ford Kuga has been brilliant. It handles traffic like a dream and zips through it effortlessly. Plus, the fuel efficiency? Top-notch! Shoutout to Clinton, the dealership’s gem of a human. He made the whole experience a pleasure. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patient—what more could you ask for?

What really stood out to me about this dealership was the friendliness, warmth, and, above all, the help the staff gave me! The lady that looked after me, I cannot remember her name now was brilliant, not overly pushy. I am pleased with the Kia Sportage they sold me; it is a lovely little car and just what I wanted.
