The car is really good, it was a real pleasure to buy from there. I did have to speak to them recently because I haven't received the logbook though. The customer service was fine, but I feel a bit more time should have been taken showing me the features of the car. I'd happily give them 4.5 stars.

I think there is an issue with the front 2 windows and I haven't received the V5 yet. I had a test drive, and there is plenty of stock there too. Overall the service was good, the people showed me around and answered any questions I had.

I dealt with Ivan who was absolutely fine, no issues at all. It was a good experience, but unfortunately the air conditioning isn't working properly and I haven't received the V5 for the car yet. I tried to call them about it but I haven't heard back from them. I'd give them 4.5 stars. They were very thorough.

The car has been good, I've been driving it here and there with no issues. I dealt with Lewis and Shuq who were both really helpful, talked me through the terms of the purchase and talked me through the finance application step by step. They knew what they were doing. Happy to give 5 stars.

The buying experience was pretty good, but I had to take it back for some warranty work which has taken longer than expected. The communication wasn't great either, I had to chase them a lot for it. My salesman Adam was great - very forthright and any problems I brought up were dealt with very well. I'd give them 4 stars.
