I always wanted a Mini countryman, and I managed to find one through Autotrader. I was satisfised with the initial service and Lily I dealt with was lovely. However, I thought there could be room for improvement on the aftersales.

The process was very easy from start to finish and Tim, who looked after us, kept us informed during the whole process. The car had a couple of dents and scratches on the front and rear bumpers and these were fixed and the bumpers re sprayed. After I'd got the vehicle home I texted Tim with a query about the windscreen washer reservoir. He replied later that evening outside office hours. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Nuneaton Car Sales

I was looking on the net and liked the T-Roc from Nuneaton. Lilly who I dealt with was lovely, but I would have appreciated a bit more time taking me through the features as it’s much more modern than my old car. There was a bit of a delay with the prep work, but they got it sorted in the end and I’m really pleased with the car, its lovely and everything I wanted it to be!

Nuneaton Car Sales are local to me and had the particular 3008 in white that I wanted so I went down to have a look. Tim that I dealt with on the day was absolutely fine and not pushy. I’d give them a 4* just because it was difficult for my mum to get to the office between the cars. So far so good with the car, would recommend.
