I've had my Lexus for a little while now and I've not come across any issues with it so far. The only criticism I've got is that it doesn't have much head room but the car it's self drives fine.

Initially I had an issue with an oil leak on my Corsa but after contacting the garage and claiming on the warranty, the issue was quickly sorted. You never know what's going to happen when you get a used car but the team was very helpful and there was no pushback whatsoever when it came to getting the issue sorted.

I was doing really well with my car until I noticed a crack in the window when I was returning back to my car on Saturday. I took out the extended warranty, but unfortunately it doesn't cover windows, so I will have to go through my insurance to get it sorted. Otherwise, it's doing really well, and I love it. Jak was the salesman that looked after me. Everything was clearly explained, and I thought he was a lovely chap. 4 stars just because I had to do a bit of chasing.

Dealt with Ivan and the service was alright, no real issues. So far my new car, a Seat Leon, is pretty good as well, I'm happy with it. I'd give them 4 out of 5

The team at Nuneaton Car Sales have gave us a really good service during the sales and made it pleasant. Unfortunately a few issues appeared after sales but these have either been fixed or will be.

There's not a lot to say but you were fantastic & I wouldn't hesitate in using you guys again to get another car in the future

Fantastic customer service when buying from Nuneaton, they gave 100% and left me feeling happy with everything. The vehicle bought was for my daughter and she's really enjoying it as well.
