All was fine with service I received at the time. Still await a clip for the front door handle cover was promised was on order but heard nothing now for 3 months. Slightly disappointing. 4.

I would rate the service as a 5 . Adam was amazing from the time I arrived he was really helpful and explained everything to me. The next day when I went to fetch the car , again he was really helpful and made sure that I understood everything every step of the way . He then did a follow up call later that day. A few weeks later I had an issue with one of my tyres so I was asked to bring the car in , your staff were great and didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance and sorted it with no problems I'd recommend you to anyone looking for a new car x

I recently purchased a BMW i3 from Nuneaton Car Sales, and I am very pleased with it. It is my first electric vehicle, and it is lovely not having to go and fill up. I just park it in the garage, charge it up, and it is ready to go. It is a much smoother drive than any petrol/diesel vehicle I have had in the past. My experience with Tim at the dealership was also a smooth one. He was excellent—very friendly, helpful, and polite. I would definitely go back to them in the future. I have no faults to give the car or the dealership. I am a happy customer.

I was really nervous about buying a used car but the team made it easy from start to finish: sent me a personalised video so I could have a good look at the vehicle before travelling to see it. Not at all pushy, just seemed to be a genuinely good team of people and would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be back when it's time to buy a car in the future
