Car has been all fine since purchase. The customer service off Ivan was fine, didn't have any issues. The only critic I have is that the car needed some paintwork doing and the wait time to get it in the Body Shop was a while. I think there was a few other cars that also needed stuff doing. Ideally this should have been done prior to purchase. However the work has been done well so I am overall pleased.

There was no pressure during buying the Dacia, we went on a test drive everything was really relaxed which was refreshing. We have had the car for a little time now and its mechanically great and we are happy with it but one annoying thing is every time we go over a bump the glove box drops, we are hoping this is covered with manufacturers warranty or Nuneaton can help sort this, we do live quite far from Nuneaton so hopefully they can help at a local garage instead. But overall its been a good experience buying this car from Nuneaton Car Sales

4 really friendly and easy

Quite happy with my new car, Jacque did a good job for me.

My sister actually found the Mercedes I bought, as she lives down the road from Nuneaton. It was perfect, so I thought it was worth the travel from Derby. The dealerships around me in Derby are nothing like Nuneaton in a good way! Tim in particular out of the whole team was so genuine, trustworthy and professional, he kept me up to date with a few calls in-between buying the car and picking it up as there was a few little things they were sorting for me. Not to long ago a front washer went on the car, but I wasn't to worry to moment I got in touch with them they were so helpful in getting me booked in to get this sorted, they did offer me to go to a garage closer to home but I did find it a little tricky around my area to find one that took warranty work. I cannot fault Nuneaton at all, its a very big 5 stars from me. Even though there is a distance between Derby and Nuneaton I would consider buying from them again, can even bob in an see my sister whilst I'm there. Thanks Tim and the Nuneaton Team!

Everything was great other than the time it took for whoever processed the V5 document. It took them 2 weeks to do it and I had to make 2 calls to eventually get some progress. So that was a disappointment. This had led to other delays for me due to my job

I would rate Nuneaton Car Sales a 5 The whole experience was very good. Tim explained everything really well and made the whole process of buying the car very easy. As for the car I am very pleased with it, it is exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. I would definitely recommend Nuneaton Car Sales

For my first distance purchase, it’s been a pretty positive experience! I was a bit nervous buying something without seeing it first… especially as I’m so tall! But the car’s been great ! It handles well, there’s plenty of room and the boot’s a really good size which we've already put to good use. We did have to replace the two rear tyres pretty much straight away and there’s an annoying rattle in the driver’s side door which was a bit of a surprise, but nothing major. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Dan in finance as he was especially helpful, answered all our questions and was always super responsive.

Pleased with my car from Nuneaton but I'm still waiting for my V5 and it's been over 6 weeks now. I'll get in touch with them again today
