Charlotte was great! Looked after me well. 100% would use Nuneaton again. I have rated 4 stars as I did feel like the advert could have been a little more transparent or the photos a bit more detailed, as there was a few cosmetic issues on the car I didn't know before hand. But that said, I'm happy with the car and the experience.

My Volvo I bought from these guys back in October is really good. big step up from the van I had before. We decided to upgrade from the van as we have decide to get a a caravan, so needed something that was good to tow. We are really pleased with the car other than the fact the car doesn't have apple airplay only android but other than that it mechanically good. Charlotte our salesperson was brilliant, there was so much going on in the dealership, as it was a super busy day, but she was patient with us and showed us lots of different vehicles, what ever we wanted to see it wasn't too much trouble. She had no pushiness and she was nothing but professional from start to finish, honestly her communication was amazing. I have already been recommending Nuneaton to other and would very likely buy from them again in the future. Looking forward to our trips in the caravan when the weather picks back up again.

We were dealing with a car being written off, which was a stressful situation for anyone, but Adam dealt with us with lots of sensitivity throughout, he is such a lovely guy. The Dacia Duster has been running with no issues, the car is exactly how I expected. I would say there is always room for improvement, but they did exactly what they said on the tin so its a 4.5 star rating from me.

Overall I am happy with how the sale went. However since having the car I have had a few issues come up with the tyre sensors amongst others. I feel that the car should have been better prepared and checked prior to it being sold to me. I couldn't fault the actual staff and the customer service as the guys were great. I just think some better organisation was needed.

Tim assisted me at the dealership and he was brilliant all round. Everything went really smoothly, he was nice a nice bloke and I never felt pressured. Everything's sound with my new BMW 1 Series so no complaints from me.

My partner bought her car from Nuneaton back in August which is the only reason I’d heard of them. They were good to be fair and lived up to the recommendation. The guys kept me informed throughout and communication was great. I’ve slightly reduced my rating because there was a 4-week wait for a part, but I know that’s not necessarily something within their control.

Popped in one day when I was in the area and Tim was very helpful. Booked some test drives for a few days later and Jak was very helpful. All questions were answered and they were really helpful. Driving away today in my new to me car and very pleased 😃

Everyone at Nuneaton Car Sales was brilliant and couldn't have done anything more for me. I've not bought a car before, so I really appreciated the fact Jacque and the guys were all very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all. Solid 5/5!

I could have had more instructions about the car before leaving the dealership. I had to call to ask how to open the fuel cap and I didn't know how to turn on the high beam light. Having said that, the customer service was good and still is being good after the sale.
