I've had this model of car before I just upgraded it this time. I'm really enjoying it so far. They were friendly and helpful, I'll give them 4 stars.

I'm really enjoying the car so far. There were a few moments where I felt a bit of indirect pressure to go ahead with the purchase and some of the extras, but overall, the experience was positive. The car itself has been great with no major issues. One thing I did notice was that the listing seemed a bit off - it mentioned some features that the car doesn't actually have. Also, It looks like the pre-check system might list features that aren't specific to every vehicle, which was a little confusing. That said, I’d definitely consider coming back in the future. I think we need to make it clear this is after 14 days and 100 miles. The issue about the pre delivery checklist is confirming items checked that are not there - that indicates complacency buy the checker.

I bought the car for my sister in law and she's enjoying it so far. We were sat in the waiting room for a while whilst the car was getting prepared and the decor was quite dated though. I'll give them 4 stars.

The car was for my daughter and she's enjoying it very much. The sales people were superb and the sales manager came out too and he was brilliant. I'll give them 4 stars - only because there was a delay in the collection of the vehicle due to it not being ready in time. It wasn't the fault of the staff though, they were great.

I dealt with Ivan from start to finish he was superb. Everything we asked him he had the answers to, he went above and beyond for us he really did, It was a really good experience - I'd happily give them 5 stars.

It was nice and easy - everything was pretty smooth. They let me get on with it without any pressure, no harsh upselling any of the extras either. I'll give them 4 stars only because there's no room for negotiation on the price at all. Other than that I was happy with my experience.

Overall the salesman had a good PR when communicating and listening.

Recently purchased a Tesla through Nuneaton Car Sales, and I would say we have no problems with either the customer service provided by Lilly or the car itself. When we have driven it, it seems that everything is going well.
