Good sales team. Very friendly and helpful. Car was dirty inside when I collected it. On testing the vehicle I could smell fuel and was told the sender in the tank had been replaced and fuel must have dropped on the carpet. Two days after collection of the car fuel was dripping from the tank. This was dealt with by the service department who were very good. Having checked the car over I realised that the rear parcel shelf was missing and there is no fuel cap attached to the car.

The car was ready for inspection when we arrived, we were given as much time as we wanted to look over the vehicle, and were allowed to test drive the vehicle unassisted. The purchase procedure was straightforward and smooth, although they did try a little too hard to sell the optional paint and interior protection system that the seem keen on promoting. The overall experience was very good, and I would have no renovations about coming back.

Great service when buying through Nuneaton. This was my first time visiting but I would go back and recommend them to others. There was a slight issue with the aircon not working but thankfully this was sorted out through the warranty.

Overall rating 4. Staff were mostly helpful. Manager sorted the small problem of the head restraint to our mutual satisfaction. I did not like the lack of service history. I have been trying unsuccessfully to find out if cambelt has been changed. Overall I think 4 is a fair rating.

I've had my Mini Cooper since March and so far it's doing really well, I haven't had any issues. The service from V12 was really good. They supported me a lot better than other companies I tried which is why I give them 5 stars.

To be honest the service I received from Ivan was excellent and deserving of a 5. He communicated well with me, always called back and followed through on his promises. However, I am not convinced the car was prepared as well as I was expecting (had definitely not been very well cleaned inside) and just didn't feel as clean and polished as I expected. The car is not at fault as I had a professional clean last week and it looked stunning but this is how I expected it to look when collecting from Nuneaton and it simply wasn't. If this had been different it would have been an easy 5 (and, again, Ivan was brilliant). Thanks.
