I have dealt with the dealership a handful of times. Each time, Tony has been great. He has excellent customer service skills and always does everything he can to make it a good experience. I also dealt with Dan this time, and he was really helpful, answering all my questions and making sure everything was completed for me. I’m really enjoying my new vehicle, and there have been no issues with it. Of course, I would go to Tony or Dan again—great work, guys!

Ivan was very helpful while I was at Nuneaton Car Sales. I felt he was able to answer all my questions about the Fiesta I was enquiring about, and so far the car is getting on well.

The car I purchased was for my daughter and she had the Peugeot 2008, which so far has been a nice motor. Lewis looked after us while we were at the dealership and the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because we travelled a long way and we weren't offered a cup of coffee. Otherwise it was a very good service we received.

There was no pushiness or pressure for the sale from Lilly. She was really great! I am enjoying the vehicle so far with no issues. The car was valeted for me and looked immaculate! I would go back again.

So far so good, I did have to take the vehicle back as there was an issue with my breaks, however they got this sorted and replaced for me while I was there, it was a quick in and out and I haven't had an issue since. Tristan who helped me when I was purchasing the car was lovely, really laid back, there was no drama, very easy, would highly recommend.
