The vehicle I drove away with was the Ford Kuga and I'm really happy with it. It’s absolutely amazing—the best car my dad has ever had. The customer service was excellent, I can’t fault the team. The whole process was seamless. My dad’s last car was a 2002 Mercedes, so this was a big upgrade for him. 5* service! I’ve even looked at cars advertised at Nuneaton for myself because the experience was that good.

Nothing was to much trouble for Nuneaton. I saw the car in the morning and by that evening I was driving it home. There were no delays getting the car ready to go, and all of the paperwork was filled out quickly. It was honestly perfect.
