The Tiguan has been perfect, and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of it. It is in perfect condition and exceeded my expectations. After having a poor experience at a different car dealership, I came to these guys, and the contrast couldn’t have been more striking. The team here was the complete opposite – professional, transparent, and attentive. The salesman explained everything clearly and never applied any pressure, which made me feel very reassure. He made sure I was comfortable with the car's controls and features. I'm so satisfied that as my husband needs to replace his vehicle, we are strongly considering returning here. This experience has been perfect. There’s nothing more I could ask for.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The service was excellent throughout, and Jacque, who assisted with the test drive, provided clear explanations and answered all of my questions in a very friendly manner. It was refreshing that there was no pressure. I came across them as I was looking for different models of this car online and this experience has left nothing to be desired.

I was pleased with my experience overall. There were no issues, and the customer service was prompt and efficient. They were patient whilst I was waiting on the bank, The car itself was well-prepared and clean, with the seats in excellent condition. The test drive was done without any pressure, allowing me to assess the vehicle at my own pace.
