Ivan was brilliant, I cannot rate him enough, he is a lovely bloke, personable, friendly and he knew the score. I think he used to work for Jaguar so he knew what he was talking about with the Jag I bought from here. I cannot fault them at all and I love my new car it is terrific. I would happy use these again and recommend to others.

Reece who looked after me from start to finish was awesome, he did not come across pushy or arrogant which I liked about him and that was probably one of the main reasons I bought the car from him along with the fact that I fell in love with it from the moment I saw it. It was a simple transaction at Nuneaton Car dealership, I knew that I wanted the car and it was ready for me to collect within a week. Charlotte were friendly and approachable - she were happy to spend the time to show me the car and answer all of my questions and she also gave me peace of mind throughout the process.

I had a slight issue with the brakes when I first got my Volvo but they got this sorted for me very quickly and it's running lovely, touch wood. Charlotte were extremely helpful and she even took me to the post office to sort the tax out on the my new car with me. This is my first time buying a car online and overall it was a great experience throughout the whole buying journey. I had a couple of small hiccups at first but Nuneaton were on the ball to get them sorted out quickly for me. Jacque my allocated sales person were a massive help, he gave me all the information I required about the car and showed me a video and the delivery was nice and quick. We have another Ford C Max which is about 4 years older than our new one, the difference in power between that and the new one even though they have the same engine is amazing. I would definitely use these again and they come with a big recommendation off me.

I'm more than pleased with the service I received. Jak Hartopp my salesman could not have been more helpful during my car buying experience. Sometimes buying a car can be a stressful process but Jak put me at ease straight away talking me through my options, nothing was too much trouble for him and it was like he was an old friend rather than a salesman which definitely helped me make the decision to buy the vehicle which I was looking at. All in all a very positive experience which left me feeling confident in the company and its staff and I'm also chuffed to bits with my car purchase.
