I definitely recommend this dealer, such an outstanding service from Clinton, no pushy sales talk, he let me take my time looking around and he answered all of my questions without trying to dress anything up. I also thought the after sales call I received from Chris asking if I were happy with everything was fantastic. The BMW I bought from Nuneaton is a stunning car and it drives so well. I am made up with the service from here and the car which I purchased off them is superb.

I have not used Nuneaton Car Sales before, I came across them whilst searching for a new motor online. I gave them a call to arrange to look at the Ford Focus which I seen advertised with them. On arrival at their dealership I was greeted by a friendly smile from their sales agent named Jak, Jak was extremely helpful and his knowledge was second to none. I was given plenty of time to look round the car and take it for a test drive. I was really impressed with everything and the car was nice to drive. The documents were completed fast and I was driving away in my new car in no time at all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for a new car purchase and I would happily return to this dealer in the future when I need another car.

The BMW I got from here has been perfect and Lilly my allocated sales rep was helpful, polite, got things done for me really quickly, it was a no fuss service. I had to travel a long journey to come to see the car but it was well worth the travel. I will definitely be coming back to see Lilly when I'm ready for a change if she is still around then.

Well chuffed with my Qashqai, I don't drive it often but it is lovely. David the sales advisor that helped me with everything was helpful and he kept me in the loop at all times. It certainly was customer service at it's finest and well worthy of the five star rating which I have given to them. The salesman is a great chap, he was so easy to get on with, he talked me through every step of the transaction and he made everything simple and hassle free, I did not have to lift a finger. I'm impressed with how perfect my Infiniti is, I could not have asked for any more. I drive extra miles in it because I enjoy being behind the wheel in my new car.

When I first got my Range Rover from Nuneaton there was a minor issue with it, however when I brought this to their attention they were on the ball and got this sorted rapidly for me. They are a great bunch of guys at Nuneaton, I found them dead easy to deal with, I knew exactly what it was that I wanted and they sorted this for me and got me the deal I wanted.

Ivan looked after me throughout the purchase of my Qashqai and he was amazing, he told me everything that I needed to know about the car. It was a terrific service from start to end with an easy handover process. I told my dad and my step mum about the experience I had here and they ended up buying a car from them also. I will keep on recommended to other people if I happen to hear that they are after a car and I would definitely return back to these again.

One thing that really stands out for me with this dealership is that they do not put any pressure on you to purchase the car, this can be off putting and make you want to go elsewhere. I found Clinton to be accomodating and well education about the car which I was buying from him. The Fiat is fab and is saving me a fortune on fuel, which makes a big difference with the rising living costs that are happening at the moment.
