I made a purchase with Nuneaton Car Sales back in December last year, things went quite well throughout the purchase. The customer service was good and the staff were nice to deal with.

There was no pressure or pushiness when dealing with the team at Nuneaton and the 1 Series I bought is spot on.

I am pleased to report that all has been going well with my Fiesta. Excellent all round service too, the staff made the purchase as simple as possible for me. I would definately use them again.

Brilliant customer service and really accommodating, I was in a situation where I was unable to collect my Mini from them but they worked around that and made it really easy for me to send a friend down to collect it. Can't fault them, they were great to deal with. The car itself is lovely too, top marks across the board.

They are genuinely lovely people at Nuneaton, so incredibly helpful with anything and everything I could have needed! I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them 100x over!

I have one word for the customer service I experienced at Nuneaton and that is EXCELLENT! I dealt with Jake and let me tell you he is blooming good at his job, I very much enjoyed getting to know him throughout my purchase. On the whole things are so far so good with my Volvo.

I bought a Ford Ecosport from Nuneaton Car Sales and from start to finish everything was amazing! The car was delivered to my home and the guy who delivered it was the most polite person ever, absolutely lovely to deal with! The car had unfortunately not come to me with the green slip but when I raised this Nuneaton got it sorted and taxed for me within the hour, fantastic service! I love the car and haven't found a single problem with it.

Both my husband and I purchased our cars from Nuneaton Car Sales at the same time and on the whole we are both pleased with the experience. The team members that dealt with us were friendly and helpful. The purchases were complete in good time and the only little niggle we had was with my husbands vehicle, the salesman said he would send out what we needed to correct this niggle which was a lovely gesture but we sadly never received it. In the grand scheme of things it was only a product wort £10 that was needed so we are happy to sort this ourselves. Without a doubt we have still been recommending them!

I think there is always room for improvement even if it is only by the tiniest margin and for that reason I would rate Nuneaton a very high 4.5/5 stars. The X-Trail I bought from here is lovely. The service I received was warm and welcoming and there was no hassle throughout the purchase.

Other than the standard addblue, I haven't had to do a thing to my Discovery since I bought it. Its a lovely car and just what I was looking for. The guys at Nuneaton really looked after me and they were on hand to answer any of my questions.
