My Skoda has been a brilliant car, I only needed to take it in the garage once and that was for a software update but otherwise it's been great. I think it was Ivan who looked after me and he was amazing on the day. You can tell that customer service is his priority because not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place at the dealership. I can't fault the team.

Unfortunately I don't ever give top marks but there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my visit because Jag has been a great car and Nuneaton were very accommodating while I was at the dealership.

As car's go I'm pleasantly surprised by how happy I am with my Renault, especially considering it's a second hand car. It's been about 8 weeks now, and it's been faultless. This was my first time visiting here, and dealing with Jacque was a pleasure. He was very informative, answered all of my questions, and I would definitely consider getting another car from here in the future. He made it a really enjoyable experience and I would ask for Jacque every time.

Since I work on motorways, having a reliable car was so important because it's not like it would be cheap if I needed to get recovered from the side of the road. Anyway, the car has been perfect and reliable for the short time I've had it and I hope it doesn't let me down.

No problems on my end because everything went as I'd hoped it would. Ivan went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our questions answered before driving away, which gave me and my partner the confidence we needed to commit to the Volkswagen Touran. I was also advised by him that it would have a valet before we arranged to collect it and on the day, it was clean inside and out. It was a shame Ivan wasn't there on the day of collection, but the lady that finished everything off was lovely to deal with.

Since it's my go to car, I had to get another Jaguar XE as my daily car, which has been perfect by the way. I've taken it on a lot of long drives up and down the country with no issues. Since I know Jaguars so well, I didn't need a test drive as I'm very familiar with them but it was nice to be offered one. Tim, the salesman, was just what you want because there was no hard sell. He gave me all the space I needed and explained everything, like the paperwork in great detail.

My Audi A3 has been an amazing car since driving away! and the customer service I received was spot on, totally worth the three-hour drive down just for that. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, it was too late for a test drive, but I felt confident with what the team was telling me and the drive home was a true reflection of the quality of the car. Even with them being far away, I would still make the trip down if they had a car of interest.

A couple of months have passed since I got my second-hand car, and I must say, it's been great so far. David was the guy who helped us out, and he was great. I though he was a nice lad, very informative, and easy to approach. I've even recommended the dealership to a mate at work, although he ended up going for a brand new Jeep. Still, it speaks volumes about my positive experience here. And the best part is I'm just around the corner, so it was convenient for me!

If you want to visit a professional and well established company then Nuneaton Car Sales is the perfect place! - It was my first time visiting this company and everyone who I had the chance to talk to has been amazing and really easy to get along with. I've had my car for a while now and It's been faultless, I can't complain. If I were in the market for another car then I'd get another one from here.
