The vibe on arrival was very positive - seeing some classics and not being approached was very nice - again the team has a good level of allowing a bit of time to browse first. Being able to go on a solo test drive is very good - a practice other dealers could adopt. I would rate the experience as 5 tbh. The purchase was really easy and I didn't feel pressured into anything. The sales team were also very tentative and knowledgeable.

I sourced the car for someone, and they are liking it. It meets all the criteria. From the minute of walking in to looking at the car to leaving with it, they were excellent. When inspecting the vehicle, they noticed it had a faulty satnav, and they resolved it straight away by offering a financial solution, which was more than appropriate.

everything went smoothly, salesman was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, cracking car, 11 out of 10!!

Excellent service from the car sales woman in Nuneaton. she wasn't pushy or annoying when I was viewing the car, she let me view the car and answered all my questions without trying to force a sale. If I feel like I'm being pressured by a sales rep or that they are trying to be to friendly to push the sale I have just got up and walk away !! Nothing worse than pushy know it all car sales rep, so will done Nuneaton

Shout out specifically to Shuck, who was brilliant and to Dave (delivered my car, pretty sure he was dave) who took the time to accompany me on a quick drive, over 40 years driving but this is my first automatic, his instructions were so helpful. 5* service.
