I recently bought an Audi Q3 from Nuneaton Car Sales and the car itself has been fine so far. There was a bit of frustration with the delay in receiving my replacement logbook as I waited over four weeks and had some back and forth trying to get an update. That said, once I managed to speak to the dealership directly they resolved it pretty much straight away, and it’s now definitely on its way which is the main thing. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who I dealt with on the day of purchase...he only worked weekends but he was brilliant! I feel like we got a good price on the car and I’ve left a TrustPilot review to thank him for his help, as the logbook issue wasn’t his fault.
