Dealership was brilliant. They were straightforward, everything was simple. No issues. Lilly was nice, polite and arranged everything as well. When I arrived it was clean and they came over to me straight away. I wasn't just left alone or anything like that.

No problems with the car we purchased but there was no parcel shelf when we picked it up, it was there on the test drive. I’ve chased this with the dealership but not heard anything since. Other than that, the car is ok. My son had a car from Nuneaton and didn’t have much problems so we decided to get another one. Apart from not having the parcel shelf, nothing’s wrong. The sales experience was great.

It’s the second car we’ve bought from them. The collection process took a while, as a lot of the paperwork was done initially and had to be completed before the car could be collected.

Car is absolute fine, I really like it. I chose to go there because I was on Autotrader and saw the car I wanted. I went to see it and bought it the same day. Lewis was really good, got it sorted really fast. I was hoping to drive it away and I was happy the car was all ready for me when I got there. It was really smooth process which took about two hours. I like how good their customer service was. I didn’t have to sit around and wait too long, he kept me updated. Everyone was really friendly.

The Range Rover Sport SVR is a brilliant car and my fourth car from Nuneaton Car Sales. I just happened to wander in, have a look around, took It for a test drive and bought it. Process was simple and Lewis was brilliant. I’ve dealt with him twice before and the other guys I got to know well. They are a very friendly place. Easy to deal with, they sit down with you and sort the paperwork out makes life simple. The owner even came round to my house personally with the second key. 10/10 place.

Looking to increase the car size we had and they just had the car we were interested in so went to Nuneaton Car Sales. Lewis dealt with us, he was very good. I felt there was a bit too much pressure focusing on what could go wrong with the car leading us to buy a warranty. If I was somebody who didn't know anything about cars, I'd find that quite intimidating and feel pressurised into buying additional warranty that I don’t feel are necessary. However, they were happy to negotiate on the price and their communication was good.

All good. My bank provided a loan for this dealership and my experience was very good. The bloke who was there showed me everything, answered all the questions and we checked 10 cars, it was really good. I think the best thing was finding a car I liked and we were able to drive it away with in two hours

Car is fantastic. There was a recall which I didn’t realise but it was a minor thing but its booked in. The dealership was fantastic , really patient, really thorough. Saw the dealership and popped in to have a look. From the get go, they sat us down and gave we gave them a budget and went through the cars. Realty quick process, less than three days whilst they did all the checks. They called me and told me when it was ready to pick up. Tim was fantastic and another young lad was fantastic aswell, he put the fuel in for us and showed us the car and how it felt. Thanks to the whole team, they are all absolutely fantastic. I really would recommend the dealership to anybody. Nice to see staff with compassion.

No issues with the car I purchased from Nuneaton Car Sales. I’ve been to them before but this was my first time buying a car from them, my experience on the day was good. They were friendly, made it easy and didn’t try to upsell me anything. No pressure. I’d definitely go back and have already told my family to go here.
