Lily was lovely, it has been a really positive experience from start to finish, it was quick with no pressure and I am very pleased with the vehicle, I cannot fault! I would say it was a 5* experience, no complaints.

Experience has been pretty good. The car was in perfect conditions, the price was quite fair and the service was pretty good, the guys were very kind to answer our queries and to progress our financial application. There are 2 things though that could had made this whole experience perfect, first is about the lack mats of the car, this is cheap, ok, I bought a set of mats afterwards, but it was not ok to get a premium car without mats from the dealer; second is about the materials provided for cleaning birds dirty, exterior components, etc, it was a very expensive material with no good results tbh.

I am pleased with the car I bought. The staff were friendly and helpful and answered my questions. I didn't like having to pay £99 deposit before I could look at the car and after I had test driven the car I had to make a decision about whether I wanted to buy it. I would have appreciated 24 hours thinking time.I bought the car outright and it has taken me several years to save up for it. That is why I would have liked a bit more thinking time rather than having to make a decision about the car as soon as I'd finished the test drive. Having said that, it is a lovely car and good value for money so I would have rung back the next morning and agreed to buy it.

The Suzuki Ignis is brilliant, I'm loving it! I did have to get the key replaced shortly after purchase, but other than that, everything has been going really well. The team at Nuneaton Car Sales was great, and everything was handled in a timely manner. When I collected the car, it was valeted and clean.
