The customer service at Nuneaton Car Sales was not bad at all. Everything went well and the car has been good ever since.

The log book took some time to arrive but the car itself is perfect and I'm happy with it.

No pressure from the dealership at all, I've been car shopping for a couple of months but after my car died, I needed one urgently. I came across the Skoda Scala at Nuneaton and it was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I noticed was a chip in the window on my way home but otherwise, the car is in good condition.

To be honest other than the brakes making a squeaking noise, which I'm not sure if it's an issue or not, the car has been alright. Jak was also a good salesman.

Everything is fine with the service from Nuneaton, and the car is also fine and lovely. Only issue was the tyre pressures light came on and he told me to do it myself. I'm 77yrs old and don't do tyre pressures but the tyres were fine but to correct the symbol from the dash cost me £30. On my previous car the dealership always corrected my symbol problems and tyre problems. So not so happy with their after sales but Tim from sales was brilliant couldn't fault him, but other than this I would give them a 5 out of 5
