What I loved the most about this dealership was their laid-back approach to everything, and this is the main reason I bought my car from them rather than another dealer. They handed me the keys for the car and told me to take my time looking at the car and taking it for a good test drive. David the sales assistance was really down to earth, and nothing at all was too much trouble for him. I'm proper made up with my BMW; it drives like a dream, and I enjoy every second I get to sit behind the wheel in my new car. 

With this being my first electric car purchase, I was both curious and excited, but from the moment I took possession of my Audi E-Tron, I knew it was not just another car. The car's impressive range and rapid charging capability mean that range anxiety is a thing of the past. Tim, who helped me during the purchase of my car, was excellent. He was very helpful, made me feel welcome, and did not come across as pushy at any time. I'm made up with everything. Thank you! 

I want to say thank you so much to the team at this dealership. It was such a pleasure doing business with them, and no doubt I will be back in the future when I'm looking to upgrade my car. I'm completely satisfied with everything they have done. They left me to my own devices without watching over me every second like Big Brother. The Nissan Qashqai I bought is a great runaround, and overall, I'm very pleased with things. 

Such a perfect service from Jacque at Nuneaton Cars. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about him. He did everything I asked him to do and more, and he had a heart of gold. The handover of my car was done quickly, so I was able to drive away in my new Jaguar quicker than I expected to. The car was exactly as described, if not better, when I saw it in person. Everything is going well with my Mini Cooper since I purchased it last month from Nuneaton Car Sales. The salesman, Tim, who sold me the car, was great to work with. He allowed me to take my time and not rush me into making a decision. 

I can't fault Nuneaton Car Sales, the salesman provided excellent customer service and was highly knowledgeable. He knew the car like the back of his hand and there wasn't a single question he was not able to answer. The Volkswagen that I chose is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with it, it's amazing to drive and exactly as I thought. Well described, very well valeted and presented superbly.

What a car my Peugeot is! It drives perfectly and is very smooth. The sales executive Lilly provided excellent customer service, I was able to take my time when viewing the car and I didn't feel pressured into the sale, Lilly told me to 'give her a shout if I need anything' and left me to it.
