To be honest the service I received from Ivan was excellent and deserving of a 5. He communicated well with me, always called back and followed through on his promises. However, I am not convinced the car was prepared as well as I was expecting (had definitely not been very well cleaned inside) and just didn't feel as clean and polished as I expected. The car is not at fault as I had a professional clean last week and it looked stunning but this is how I expected it to look when collecting from Nuneaton and it simply wasn't. If this had been different it would have been an easy 5 (and, again, Ivan was brilliant). Thanks.

5 - excellent sales person

I've had my Ford Focus since March and so far I'm getting on alright with it. I'm happy with my purchase. I do need to take it in on the weekend because the brakes have started to squeak, but otherwise, it's going well. As for the service I received, it was all fine. There was no pressure and I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

4.5 stars only because I travelled all the way from Belfast, and from what I can remember, I was offered a drink while I was at the dealership, it's only a small point to make, but it wouldn't have gone amiss. I did like that Nuneaton were very business like and they didn't faff about with the sale. It was a simple in-and-out process, which is how I like it.
