I would rate Nuneaton Car Sales a 5 The whole experience was very good. Tim explained everything really well and made the whole process of buying the car very easy. As for the car I am very pleased with it, it is exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. I would definitely recommend Nuneaton Car Sales

For my first distance purchase, it’s been a pretty positive experience! I was a bit nervous buying something without seeing it first… especially as I’m so tall! But the car’s been great ! It handles well, there’s plenty of room and the boot’s a really good size which we've already put to good use. We did have to replace the two rear tyres pretty much straight away and there’s an annoying rattle in the driver’s side door which was a bit of a surprise, but nothing major. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Dan in finance as he was especially helpful, answered all our questions and was always super responsive.

Pleased with my car from Nuneaton but I'm still waiting for my V5 and it's been over 6 weeks now. I'll get in touch with them again today

Adam was absolutely perfect from start to finish. He helped me with anything I needed and wasn't trying to push for sale. I am very pleased with the car, I haven't had any issues with it, it drives great. I am still waiting for my V5 but hopefully that will be with me soon.

I purchased back in October and since then the car has been great. Ivan helped me in the day he was fantastic, nothing but helpful, he made sure the car was in a high standard condition for me prior to me leaving. I can't complain about anything it was a 5 star service throughout. Thank you so much.

Charlotte was great! Looked after me well. 100% would use Nuneaton again. I have rated 4 stars as I did feel like the advert could have been a little more transparent or the photos a bit more detailed, as there was a few cosmetic issues on the car I didn't know before hand. But that said, I'm happy with the car and the experience.

My Volvo I bought from these guys back in October is really good. big step up from the van I had before. We decided to upgrade from the van as we have decide to get a a caravan, so needed something that was good to tow. We are really pleased with the car other than the fact the car doesn't have apple airplay only android but other than that it mechanically good. Charlotte our salesperson was brilliant, there was so much going on in the dealership, as it was a super busy day, but she was patient with us and showed us lots of different vehicles, what ever we wanted to see it wasn't too much trouble. She had no pushiness and she was nothing but professional from start to finish, honestly her communication was amazing. I have already been recommending Nuneaton to other and would very likely buy from them again in the future. Looking forward to our trips in the caravan when the weather picks back up again.

We were dealing with a car being written off, which was a stressful situation for anyone, but Adam dealt with us with lots of sensitivity throughout, he is such a lovely guy. The Dacia Duster has been running with no issues, the car is exactly how I expected. I would say there is always room for improvement, but they did exactly what they said on the tin so its a 4.5 star rating from me.

Overall I am happy with how the sale went. However since having the car I have had a few issues come up with the tyre sensors amongst others. I feel that the car should have been better prepared and checked prior to it being sold to me. I couldn't fault the actual staff and the customer service as the guys were great. I just think some better organisation was needed.
