Couldn’t fault them all the way through. Tim looked after us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, told us about the car, kept us informed and car was cleaned and valeted. It’s a pity they didn’t give flowers for the first car but i'd recommend them to others. It was just all smooth.

All good with the car I bought from Nuneaton Car Sales. I’d decided to just pull in to their forecourt and saw the car. Sales approach was good, let me crack on when first got there. Lilly was really good, she was helpful. They tried to make it as easy as possible and it felt easy all round. Drove off with the car same day. There was a sensor issue but that was sorted straight away by the dealership, really helpful. Worked out well

Cars brilliant, I love it. its my perfect car. I was searching for this specific car and Nuneaton Car Sales had it. I went for a test drive, the team were really good. Charlotte answered all my question by email, Lewis was good aswell. Process was really quick, really efficient. The could improve the waiting room so gave four stars but it was my first time using them and I would return in the future.

Everything’s ok with the car. I had a slight miscommunication problem with the insurance they set up but its been sorted now. I originally saw the car on Autotrader and saw the Peugeot I liked. The staff at Nuneaton Car sales were quite helpful. Lewis was good. I liked the way he explained the information and showed us the car, went for a drive and it was quite clear and informative. I liked the reception they give aswell.

Experience overall was ok but I had to spend money on the car within the first week as it went into limp mode but I paid for majority of the repairs myself. I did go against the terms of the warranty because I got to the point where I was paying out for a rental car and I wanted my car back. The dealership did contribute to the repairs aswell. They lost a point because I think they need to up the inspection before a car goes out. However, they were fine on the day, just a normal transaction. I didn’t feel they pushed extras on me. I've got no issues with the dealership; the salesman Tristan was absolutely fine.

The actual process of buying the Ford Puma was very good. Ivan and Tristan were both really friendly and approachable, everything was organised and they explained everything really well. I’ve already recommended the dealership to some of my mates. After having the car, we did have a couple of issues. There was a panel part missing on the boot, but they sorted that and posted it out to us free of charge. The only criticism I have is the warranty side afterwards. Apart from the warranty issue, they were really good and we can’t complain at all about the actual sale and buying process.

No problems with the car. Nuneaton Car Sales were good. Not pushy with sales which was quite impressive. I would go back to them again if it came down to it. I was impressed with how they were. Only downside is car parking space but they are looking to move to another unit. The staff let you walk around and see things, they were down to earth. Lilly was great, really good, knew her stuff and was chatty and friendly. She did a good job.

My car is running fine and drives ok but I notified the dealer within a week as it was making a noise when pressing the clutch and squeaking noise from suspension. They had the car back to rectify the issues, but noises have returned. They did tell me to come back to them if problem returns. The sale process was really good as were the girls when I booked it in
