Really good first experience at this dealership! From start to finish everything was great, from the staff to the car I am very pleased. There wasn't any pressure sales tactics and the whole experience was made easy and enjoyable. Full marks from me.

There was no pushiness or pressure for the sale from Lilly. She was really great! I am enjoying the vehicle so far with no issues. The car was valeted for me and looked immaculate! I would go back again.

So far so good, I did have to take the vehicle back as there was an issue with my breaks, however they got this sorted and replaced for me while I was there, it was a quick in and out and I haven't had an issue since. Tristan who helped me when I was purchasing the car was lovely, really laid back, there was no drama, very easy, would highly recommend.

I am local to the dealership, so I went in to have a browse at the vehicles. There is such a great selection and so many options to choose from. Definitely something for everyone. I was helped by Tim, who was very good and accommodating. I am very pleased with my choice of vehicle and would definitely return in the future if I was ever looking again.

I have had a car of the dealership previously and I was really ha-py with the service and the car which is why I went back, and once again I am happy with the car and with the customer service, a trusted dealership for me now. If I could give 10 stars I would, I would highly recommend!

Definitely waiting time, hole process was smooth but time which it takes was unnecessary longer than it should be. Staff is not fully aware of cars which you got for sale and in my case SD card with satnav was missing. I reach one of your staff over the phone call but I heard that card was missing since you got this car. Not a major problem, solved it myself. Cost me £10 for a card and 45mins to download and install it in car entertainment system.

Good sales team. Very friendly and helpful. Car was dirty inside when I collected it. On testing the vehicle I could smell fuel and was told the sender in the tank had been replaced and fuel must have dropped on the carpet. Two days after collection of the car fuel was dripping from the tank. This was dealt with by the service department who were very good. Having checked the car over I realised that the rear parcel shelf was missing and there is no fuel cap attached to the car.

The car was ready for inspection when we arrived, we were given as much time as we wanted to look over the vehicle, and were allowed to test drive the vehicle unassisted. The purchase procedure was straightforward and smooth, although they did try a little too hard to sell the optional paint and interior protection system that the seem keen on promoting. The overall experience was very good, and I would have no renovations about coming back.

Great service when buying through Nuneaton. This was my first time visiting but I would go back and recommend them to others. There was a slight issue with the aircon not working but thankfully this was sorted out through the warranty.
